I have two Clipas, as well - one silver, one gold - one hangs out (he he) in the house, the other is always in my bag. The Clipa always saves me in awkward situations, always. Don't know what I did without it.

I actually have 3 Clipas. One silver, one gold, and one multi-color purplish one. I have actually run into problems in restaurants a few times where I'm at a table that has all the ends folded down, so it actually does not hang right over the edge, because it's more a 90 degree block as opposed to a table top.

They are a little unusual, but I dont think they are weird. I tried using purse hooks but found that 1.) Took up precious room in the small purses I preferred to carry, and 2.) The smallest jostle would be enough to have the clip fall.

Got mine, too! A brushed silver and a brushed gold. So great! I will definitely be ordering more in the future for gifts. Thanks tPFers for the tip on this! :tup:

Clipas are the best, I always have one in my bag and I use them often!

I had breakfast at the bar in the restaurant yesterday and used my clipa for the first time! I had my big tote. The handles fit comfortably around my knee while it was hanging from the clipa, out of range of the wait station so the beverages would not accidentally spill into it. :p

I've had my Clipa for a while now and LOVE IT! Totally worth it just for the times that it has saved me in a bathroom stall with no hook alone! :tup:

And you know who doesn't think it is weird? Men! lol Every guy I know has noticed it right away when I'm using it, and has remarked on it, telling me that it is very cool and a great idea. And these are the kind of guys who normally wouldn't notice a purse at all unless maybe you :bagslap: them with one. Haha. The women I know have either not noticed/remarked on it, or seem only mildly interested, at most. Weird. Oh well, maybe I will get the men I know Clipas for gifts, they can use them for their tool belts or something. :cool: :roflmfao:
