you know what i live here in Vegas....and i went to all the LV stores before getting my Tivoli PM and they all have Made is USA....nobody had France on it....

I just purchased my first LV and I LOVE it! I got the Totally MM and I am so happy with my decision (took forever for me to pick). I was also excited that the one I got was made in france - I just think that is cool for my first LV to be made in france! So it has only been one day, and I had to go back for some accessories hee hee ( :

mono small zippy (made in france)
mono coin/key purse (that I hook on the D-ring) made in spain
mono pouchette (wrislet size one w/removable strap) made in spain
Do you have a preference to where your piece that you are buying is made? Is one better than the other? Has anyone seen any difference in the quality between them? Just curious since I am new to LV.

I personally would prefer all my LVs to be made in France. However, not all the LVs are made in France. I know that some of the SLGs are either made in Spain or USA. I also know some of the more high-end lines (Suhali or Mahina) are made in Italy.
I try my very best to ensure that all my LV's are made in France! I have even paid way above retail on ebay just to get one made in France.
my eva was made in USA, my pochette was made in Spain and i was really excited when i found out that my azur keys pouch was made in France. I didn't think it mattered to me, but i did find that i had a bit more excitement when i saw the Made In France stamp

I don't care at all where they are made and I haven't noticed any difference. I believe the quality assurance measures are consistent at all the locations.

It doesn't matter to me where it's made either but I did notice a difference in quality between a USA and France speedy. But it could've been the French one was made a lot earlier and the materials had been changed.
I haven't noticed any difference in terms of the quality item based on the location where it was made. But as a personal preference, I always ask for a "Made in France" one. All of my purses except my BH were made in france. Most of the SLGs were made in Spain. I treasure each and every one of the just the same.
