I guess most people will vote for France. It would be 99% France and 1% No preference it there would be an option like that.
I totally understand them diversifying and moving some production to Spain and Italy to save on labour costs and also to move some to the US to save a lot on import tariffs. But I also see why most people would prefer their now $2000 plastic Neverfulls to be at least made in France by a French company. I am not fond of Hermès, but it is a good strategy that they keep production in-house and within borders. It can heavily affect the brand image.
