I’ve noticed many pre loved neufs for sale looking rather misshapen. Can’t tell if these are replicas or just bashed/squished.
Have not used my own regular neuf enough to make any conclusions.
In these insta posts of course the bags look fine though interestingly whether the center magnetic clasp is opened or closed does affect the bag shape I think?

Mine have gotten squished or lopsided before, but it's a tote. I figure it's meant to have an organic shape and it will change back as I use it. I tend to fill it up and leave the clasp open too, but that only affects what the top of the bag looks like, not the folds.

Interestingly I never thought of the bag as a tote per se before!
I think I definitely prefer the look of the clasp closed, maybe because overall it adds another “curve” to the bag, if that makes sense.
Ok now I’m tempted to cut short my current bag’s rotation week because I feel like I’m missing my neuf already.

The leather is really beautiful and soft ( calfskin), the shape is amazing and original. The makers have to sew all by hand because of the round shape. I was afraid that the opening will be to small or tricky, but the size is good, and the opening is easy. I like the fact that the strap is removable, and adjustable.
The bag came via DHL from Spain, well packed. You will received it in a tall Polene box, because of the shape of the bag. The bag will be in bubble wrap, and the quality of the dustbin is even better than Chanel ( it s only my opinion).
The quality is really good, I have my Numero 1 since 4 years now, and it s still in an amazing condition. I'm looking forward using my numero 9 :smile:
