I think for the price it’s very good but I have no experience owning any Polenes. I’m hoping to purchase one today- probably another style not because I didn’t like the mini Mokki but I like several of their bags.
Sigh, well clearly I eventually succumb to trends and am also several years behind on Polene’s style foresight, bc I was not into this bag at all when it was released and now I have gone and bought one.
Tonca crossbody, in Cognac. I’ve been hunting for a straightforward brown crossbody for awhile - I wanted something more or less sling-bag -like, grab and go, durable, and streamlined. There’s obv no shortage of simple crescent crossbody bags at the moment, but to me a lot of them are just a little too boring. I eventually realized that this bag meets all my criteria while having a definite style and statement.

My first green bag, a new-to-me Polene 💚
My first green leather handbag! 💚 I really liked that the bag was so versatile with the two straps and envisioned being able to use it daily or on trips. I found a great deal for it second-hand with authenticty guarantee for $350.
I’m not used to adding a ton of color through handbags and have previously only bought black and browns, so this is a little different for me. How do you guys style your green (or other colors) bags with your outfits? 💚

Hello lovely polene members, Was just wondering if anyone has the shearling numero neuf mini white, and can share some insights on how the shearlings holding up, any signs of wear and tear?. Would love to see pics as well and any issues/pros and cons as there’s not much info out there on the shearing aspect. Do you enjoy using it or is it an awkward shape to get in and out? Would you recommend it and is the shearling hard to maintain?
I’m starting to head into winter weather where I am and have always wanted a shearling bag and thought this polene one is cute and would be a good start. I don’t own any shearing bags so don’t have any experience with it. There aren’t any polene stores where I am l, so I would have to buy online so would like some advice on the bag before purchasing (without trying first).
Even leather mini numero neuf owners comments on the bag I would be interested in as well. How are you finding the shape and top opening? Is the style functional to carry or is it too big? Would love to hear what feedback you have on the bag as it would help my decision.
