Another vote for midweek at the NY store. I was there late morning on a Thursday and there were zero lines and just a few people in the store. Service was great. Thanks for the helpful tips!

If you take your time and don't rush, you can find authentic Polene bags secondhand at good prices. I got an Un Nano and Neuf Mini this year at very reasonable prices. Like, pre-price increase, closer to what I initially paid when I first started buying Polene bags. It is amazing when I look at my order history to see how the prices have changed since then.Wow! You’re a real Polene fan! I missed the opportunity to add the Neuf / Neuf Mini to my collection in December during their free-ship promo. I was hesitating between the 2 Neuf sizes and I also like the Huit original size. I might still get one later this year.
Totally agree that the Dix is very comfortable to wear crossbody.
I almost got the mini Neuf before when they released this very pale blue and pale yellow versions, but it doesn't really suit my wardrobe. I decided on the black mostly because of hello catwalk city. That’s a lovely cognac color 👍 I’m missing in my wardrobe. Thanks for sharing!
And after watching your mini neuf review, I want it even more! I’m hoping Polene will introduce more colors in their bags. I like colors.
I purchased my first polene bag some months ago in Paris (waited for like an hr in cue). I also stumbled upon a sponsored ad by them on Instagram. Loved their designs, material and the prices! I was shocked that this brand was founded back in 2016. Never heard of it before last year. Some are saying their bags will be going up in price in the years to come.I just stumbled across this brand via a Facebook ad, actually. I did a search and nothing came up in this forum.
I LOVE this bag. Does anyone have anything from this brand?

yes is the stitching the biggest red flag, the hot stamp is also suspect.Quality issue or did I get duped? Purchased pre-loved and I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or if the loose thread is a common quality issue. View attachment 5953511View attachment 5953513View attachment 5953514
thank you. After doing more research and looking closely at the bag, I am pleased to say I definitely think it is real. I purchased from a seller out of Belgium and I have compared to many other Polene bags. I think it is an older one, but definitely real.yes is the stitching the biggest red flag, the hot stamp is also suspect.
I know! I wish I would have gotten more bags before, because now I really have to ponder before spending around and over $600 on these bags, knowing that they're not actual designer-level investments. They do sell quickly but they naturally don't and they hold a good amount of their value, but it's still a big portion of what a more reputable bag would cost, one that would truly hold their value like LV, YSL, Gucci, etc.I wish I purchased the mini neuf too during their Free Shipping promo in December when I bought my Tonca bag. It would have saved me 60 euros (+shipping) considering the current prices![]()
I think you did great getting it second-hand. I am now looking at pre-owned Polenes before buying. It is a win-win. You pretty much save the same amount that you would lose if you decide to sell it.So in addition to getting the Polene Un Nano, I also decided to get the Polene Neuf Mini in black. Those of you who have been on this thread for a while might remember I used to want to get this bag, but I couldn't decide on the color, and I already have the full size Neuf.
I tried it out yesterday and I love it too. It's cute and holds just enough essentials. However, for people with large hands, the Neuf Mini and even the Un Nano might be frustrating to use. The Un Nano you can at least unbutton the clasps, but the Neuf is hard to get my phone in and out of. I knew that going in and I have small hands, so I'm willing to work with it. Just an FYI for anyone considering this design.
I was able to find the bag secondhand for 390, which is a great price compared to the retail price now. It's definitely a bag I can use to run errands with during the day, but also carry it for an evening out.
Fantastic color comparison! Very satisfying to look at.Bag candy alert!
I know this is the Polene thread but I just wanted to share my Polene/YSL twinsies.
My Polene Mini Neufs in Camel and Beige match perfectly with my YSL Lou Camera bags in Dark Naturel and Dark Beige.
They're basically my all-time favorite neutral colors (camel/caramel is my number one) and these bags match so perfectly, that if any of you Poleners who love their Camel or Beige bag wants to get a higher-end, dressier bag in these same tones, you can search for these YSLs.
The Dark Beige Mini Lou is the new edition in smooth leather and without the tassel so that one is easier to find.
The Dark Naturel is now considered an "older" style and color, but still available in some sites that carry YSL and in the pre-loved market, of course.
Now, feast your bag-loving eyes with these delicious colors and shapes:
