Wanted to update this - the day after I got the email saying I would be refunded in 25 days, I received an email saying the refund had been processed and it had been. So although i still think their returns process is clunky and lengthy compared to other companies, in the end it was only a few days outside of the timeframe they give on their website.
25 should read 15. That was a typo

My Neuf Beige arrived with some serious defects, especially yhe strap. Definitely going back but here’s my thoughts:

1. The bag isn’t that big as a lot of people say.
2. The beige is so beautiful, not too yellow.

After seeing this, I dunno if I still wanna get Cyme that is on my wishlist. Definitely happy with my Umi though. Oh and I don’t think I wanna get a new Neuf because now the corners make me paranoid.

I have 2 Strathberry bags and the quality is amazing! Get so many compliments when I wear them!
Thanks for sharing. I’ve known about Strathberry for a while but I’ve only been eyeing them lately and they look so cool with those bar details.

Considering the new Polene prices, I’m now more meticulous about my purchases and these are only a bit pricier, so I start to compare and wonder.

Saks and Neimans both carry Strathberry so I assume they must be a good investment.:P

Does anybody know if Polene comes up with new spring colors anytime soon? I feel like many of their current colors are more for autumn and winter. I am hoping for something brighter (one can dream).
More than new colors, I'm anxious to see if they release new styles. Waiting for a practical bag that doesn't have flaps, multiple snaps, tight zippers or a very small opening.
