Do you mind sharing what was off about those 5?That's interesting! I didn't know there was such a trend but it's definitely possible it has sold out because of that. I didn't see the brand promoting Cyme as much as their other styles though and it's no longer possible to order or pre-order on EU site (except for the large taupe and mini lilac version) so they might be reconsidering it anyway. We'll see.
Exactly this! I owned 5 Polene bags and all of them had "but" in terms of practicality. It almost broke my heart to part with them but I just couldn't let them collect dust in my closet when there could be bags that I enjoy using much more. Now I own a mini Neuf in taupe which I love in terms of design but almost never reach for it. With those price increases I'm considering not using it at all and selling it in few years to fund another bag, a short vacation or whatever I need at that moment. Fingers crossed for a new Polene bag style that'd tick off both practical and design boxes.

That looks like an actual hole in the glazing. They absolutely need to take care of that for you.

Hi! Wanted to purchase a Polene bag and was wondering if you order from their website and live in the US, do the bags ship from the NY store? Or does it still ship from out of the country? Some of these bad international shipping stories/lost packages, quality issues, etc. makes me hesitant to order since dealing with return shipping internationally sounds like an ordeal.
Ships from Spain, and the shipping is usually incredibly fast. Both times took 3 days for me.

These fakes on Ebay are so annoying. Ugh! 
They ship DHL Express which does require signature, but once shipped they send you a link to release signature if you like. If you choose that option, they also have you select where you want them to leave it.
Owners of taupe color (textured calf leather) bags- how has it held up?? I absolutely love the color but am worried about it being a lighter shade. Do you have any issues with color transfer or it getting dirty easily? Thanks!
