He stated that mine was "the first bag he's seen chip and that they sell a lot of them in that store, and that he has never seen anything like that happen". He said that chipping wasn't normal and specially so soon, and that if it was OK with me they will be replacing it with a new one. So I am just glad I am getting a new one and won't have to deal with it. Thank you Jesus! That's what I expected from them, nothing less.

That is wonderful news! Maybe your first one was just in a "bad batch" where they didn't coat the canvas right or something...

I'm now officially in! I haven't done a TPF reveal in years, but these are just too cute. They came in together and arrived in under three weeks which was much faster than I was expecting. My colors are vert/fuschia on a MM Neverfull and Sarah wallet. I think the Neverfull is going to look great with a nice patina and although eventually I will expect them to show wear (my MC pieces in the past held up well, however) my leather goods manager did say to bring them back in if there is any chipping within the first few months as that is not typical. Over time I'll be fine with some wear since I don't mind a bag (or wallet) that looks like it's been places.

Thanks, mammabyrdie! spay_and_neuter, the larger stripes and initials are only available on the Neverfull GM and Pegase if I'm not mistaken. The Neverfull is off the site at the moment, but they're available for the Pegase.
