I finally got lucky last saturday(birkin 35 etoupe taurillon clemence).I went several times to FSH(6 times to be precise) and last time I was told to come by the end of September,which sounded so far way,so I still decided to retry at the beginning of September and got lucky.So,there is a hope and am sure that this month there will be plenty of threads with beautiful hauls.

Congratulations! Lovely bag - I have the same but in Togo. The quality of H leathers have definitely changed - Such a new bag and the front is already slouching...

I went this morning. Waited on a reasonable length line but only 3 or 4 SAs were taking clients. I was on my best beHavior while on the line. Asked for the items I wanted, SA wrote them down without asking for my passport. She came back and said no and to try back "around the holidays" yikes hopefully I misheard that.

Hey dun give up! Just keep trying . Did you browse other leather purses other than B&K. I realized that allowed the SA time to warm up to me.

The line was long and moved quickly. Again, I was on my best beHavior and was offered a B in a color I was not looking for. I politely declined and said I would return.

I returned to FSH later in the afternoon but was unsuccessful. A part of me regrets saying no in the morning but the other part is happy I didn't just settle.

Moving on to my next destination tomorrow! Good luck to all trying soon. The weather is chilly and you will see a huge range of attires from flip flops to fur (yes fur). I live in the NE US and do not get cold very easily so I was fine with jeans and a thicker top (cardigan or long sleeve shirt)

Oh I'm so sorry. I was really hoping you would get your bag. But you shouldn't settle if it's not what you wanted. That's the problem at FSH. It's all hit or miss if they have what you want on a given day. You will find your perfect bag. You are lucky that you had such nice weather. I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.

Thanks, B. I was offered Orange and I saw someone purchasing Malachite.

As for boots, I did chuckle at people who were really covered up. As I said, I don't get cold easily. I would've totally sweated in my boots while walking around.
