As far as I understand, the price remains the same from earlier this year. I made the purchase on Aug 1 at €6450 before VAT returns. I wasn't aware of any impending price adjustments so I didn't make any further inquiries on that.

I went to FSH today around 11:30AM with my 4 years old daughter.There was a very long queue at the leather department,so we were offered a seat and a glass of juice for my daughter.I was very touched by the sweetness and kindness of Hermes personnel.We were taken care of by a very sweet SA 5mn later.She asked me for the color of the bag,asked me to write my name and asked me if i'd be interested by size 40cm.I wasn't.she came back 5mn later and told me that they do not have any 35cm birkin and asked me again about 40cm,but i said "no".it was not my lucky day,but everybody was so nice,that it was still a nice experience and i am definitely coming back next Tuesday.

This sounds like a wonderful experience. I would have felt super lucky to be offered a B so easily like that! Sorry it wasn't the one you wanted.

But she told me definitely there will be one for me in September. So yaaay for me but also again I see from this thread and my own personal experience as well as my mom's at FSH just a week or so ago, that this time of year is a HORRIBLE time to go looking for a B or K.

For future shoppers, I would say if you can, try to plan your trip for early July or late Sept and avoid the time around August. Almost no one seems to have success right now...

I was offered Birkin 35 and kelly 32 today from H in Beverly Hills today. I bought the Birkin 35 in bleu electrique.
