As of February this year, SA at Cadogan Place in London told me FSH cannot see anything yet. . . FSH told me the same; NY told me it cannot see FSH. specifically with respect to QB

I asked my SA too only because i renewed my passport im not sure if she can find me .. and she only can see my purchase in europe .. not in US bexause she told me i haven’t gotten a bag for 2 years , so its time for me to get a quota bag but infact i got quota bag in US 2020 so its only 1 year ..

Hoping to get an appt this weekend , as I’m interested in both B and K, does anyone happen to know what’s more in demand now in Paris? I wonder if I have more of a chance for a B30 than a K28? I think when you ask for too many options it diminishes your chance, based on my experience last time where I got too excited and asked for 4 colors and 2 sizes lol.

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to share my sad story with you.
Like everyone else, I have been applying for months hoping to get an appointment (more than 100 times!). Yet, unfortunately I still have not been assigned. But no other way, so I have just kept trying every day....

In this situation, just last week, my appointment registration started getting an error with the banner message "Due to a large number of requests today, we invite you to register again tomorrow and fill in a new appointment request". (I saw on the previous page that several others had this message.)
However, when I tried the next day, the same thing happened and this error continued for days. Even though my husband, who registered at the same time, was able to apply without trouble.
So I asked customer support. And what a surprise, they told me the system blocked me because it detected that I was a BOT!
Oh my God!
I just kept trying every day because I never had a single good luck. It's so sad that this activity is like a BOT
I don't think I did anything particularly suspicious. (Sure, this was kind of my routine lol, though.)
So I was told that I have to refrain from registering for a certain period of time.
I see that the system is being updated a bit recently. Not sure, but maybe the lottery isn't completely fair, and it might exclude people who apply everyday everyday.

Both are always in super high demand. There are a bunch of resellers going after both so if you get offer either one consider yourself lucky haha. From what I've heard (& overheard) over the years people always ask for both, but depending on how selective you are with the specs that can really affect your chance of getting an offer. What seemed to work well for me whenever I get offer a quota bag is I only emphasize on the size (B25/K25) and then give a range of color (white/pink) instead of being so specific like nata/craie or rose sakura, any hardware and leather choices since so often B in togo K in epsom. Also mini bags are in high demand now so if that's what you're looking for, may worth chatting up with the SA to build some rapport plus some pre-spend to see if they'll offer you anything good.

I received it on first try so there’s no way it already has my data tried with my DH info and his went through fine. The only difference is that I have a new US passport that’s not all numerical number. How do I contact customer support?

Hello luvHermes2, my fellow Canadian.
I moved to Paris from Canada last year.

It is nice for you to meet a nice SA, I met 2 since I moved here last year but both of them left the company LOL....so, I hope to someday find one that will stay in that company..

p.s. For your special order. Was it due to long term relationship with the SAME SA or was total spent over the years also increased that chance? I have very specific items on my list. and I have rejected some times others might love. So, was thinking SO might be the only chance to get my dream bag (not too rare quota bag, I just like certain colors with certain hardware....I even rejected an etoupe with PHW..when I know I will regret it if someday an etoupe with GHW shows up....).

To answer your question, it’s likely a bit of both. But in Paris it won’t hurt to just ask as SOs are given out a lot easier than other parts of the world. Just let you SA know ahead of an incoming season for placing SO and they should be able to offer you one. Best of luck!

I did not get apps in Paris.
So sorry to say, that probably won't help you. Enjoy the experience though, there are some beautiful stores over here in Europe

at Least this was my experience. I asked for B25/K25, (preference blues or gray neutral), preference PHW. i got a K25 bleu orage, GHW, which I hesitated on, but I now love (DH called my local SA, standing by, who gave me A quick thumbs up; they often know what works with my style and wardrobe better than I do)
DH also did not want me to reject it due to HW and then have remorse for the rest of our trip lol.
None of this will help unless you get the appt though

They should be able to exchange it for you assuming it's in brand new/unused condition.

I started my H journey towards the end of last year and have been lucky enough to get a few bags since then (non quota and quota bags ).I just returned from France and was able to score my first quota bag. I’m still in shock. I asked for an appointment everyday in Paris for about a week and sadly kept getting rejected. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and I really wanted to get my first quota bag in France. I’m from Canada and the pre spend here is a lot and I couldn’t justify spending that much for a bag. The stocks of things in general are very low here and I didn’t want to just buy things to build my spending history. France seemed like a good option and this was my second trip since I started my H journey. I was offered a Picotin 18 in November last year which I declined, as I already owned one.
I am so happy with my quota bag and I can’t believe I was able to score one. It was tough and I wasn’t very hopeful but it happened and I’m elated.
