You are right, Paris is beautiful with all the festive lights. So, I gave up on going to the Hermes stores in person this week and simply register online for appointment and spend my time exploring the beautiful city with my family, believing that when the time is right, the universe will grant me an appointment.

So any live update from Hermès land in the age of omicron? Busy as ever, appt lottery as impossible as ever? Paris is so festive and beautiful at Christmas

Paris is pretty as ever and love the festive decors at all the Hermes stores stock is low since everyone is looking for that magical Christmas bag haha.

My friend walked away with a lovely birkin shadow yesterday from his appointment. He’s been waiting for a long time! But I did not score anything this trip, which is perfectly fine as there was nothing I loved. Hope everyone can enjoy their time in Paris for this festive season!!

After applying on and off for a couple days I just got my text for a leather appt!! What’s crazy is I didnt even realize at first and thought my SA at another store sent me a text for a time that we didn’t schedule. Won’t get my hopes up as it’s so close to Christmas but will report back!!

Haven’t been able to go to Paris for over 2 years. The COVID!!! Hoping to go next spring / summer. Hope Covid calms down a bit. Heard it’s most contagious on the plane …. So will see how it goes.

I think you got it. as last time, the cancellation text came within 10 minutes....just enough time for me to email my work to cancel some meetings....and then, WHAM, bad news LOL.....
but your post is 60 mins ago. so you got it, congrats happy for you.
'Go get some nice bags, tiger!' (My dad used to say that to us when we enter contests...well, I replaced 'win' with 'nice bags' in this scenario LOL.

No chocolates for me too I’ve been trying everyday for an appointment since 19 Nov cos we are in France for a while but no luck. Is that normal? I am Asian too so I always wonder if that plays a part… it’s a terrible feeling. But still trying to enjoy Paris during Christmas!!

Unfortunately I do think while not exactly normal, this is expected this year esp at Christmas. And I would certainly hope it's nothing to do with being Asian.

I wouldn’t worry about being Asian at FSH unless you express yourself as overbearing and demanding. I’m Asian and got offered a beautiful neutral birkin at FSH and also saw several Asian women that day carry large white bags down from the second floor. It’s not an issue.
