I don’t get how resellers have the nerve to call customer service to complain about their appointment system

Shoppers on various forums. They complain and try to see what other info they can get. Unfortunately, We can’t control them And there are soooo many ! Some ppl actually run a “company” haha.
 
This is why Paris appointments have become so difficult. To help stop resellers. But apparently, the resellers are still getting through. Hope Paris doesn’t see this!

I was perplexed at her behaviour, and the desperation with trying to get an appointments in Paris despite her so called good relationship at her Belgium store. This seem to explain it! It is difficult to know what is true and what is not of what she has written in this thread.

To each it’s own however the deception and lies were just unnecessary and misleading. Am sure there are resellers on the forum who are silent readers or just pick whatever tips they can get but being so loud and lying through your teeth is so wrong on all levels!

Not to mention selling her bag at a profit. I got almost the same bag from FSH (B35 instead of B30) and the price she listed lets her pocket some thousands of euros. What also irks me is how rude she was to so many posters earlier when she was ranting that many of those posts had to be deleted by mods.
 
Maybe it's time to calm down here a bit. Yes, it's shameful but that's life. Being jealous is our own probem and it's with Hermès to deal with the resellers. Life has so many other aspects ... no need to collapse because of this.

sry if that seems bluntly ... I've had personal issues where this is an atom in a haystack
 
She is begrudging Tamara and her bags she’s got since the robbery at least Tamara loves her bags and is not a reseller. Tamara has talked about her relationships and the fact she is not a reseller on YouTube. I’m happy for her. Meanwhile people complaining because they are a reseller and the Hermes system is hurting their ”business”
