I did call customer service to ask the system will still see us as we don’t get an appointment. He told me yes and also to share that some book tickets, cancel things.
A lot of peoples call to complain and in the boutiques.
At least we receive a text he did confirm me it’s not the first time. The previous one peoples didn’t know it was a technical issue..
He told this system is in place like that we don’t see peoples sleeping in front of the boutiques, selling they place. They want to make the life of the resellers harder at the end is it really working I don’t know.
If members went to the boutique please share :smile:
my friend parents did go to the store at opening time, they explained the situation to them and said they were traveling back today and they actually gave them an appointment. Unfortunately they were only offered a picotin and a evelyne tpm.
 
Does anyone know if that cancelled appointment would somehow seem like an actual appointment in their system and we can't get another appointment for months?
I heard that if someone get an appointment, even if they don't get offer a bag, it still counts as an appointment and their system don't give appointments to the same passport number for a few months...is that true?
I did go there and they are so experienced at telling people 'system error'...just like a normal thing and gave me a tiny box of chocolate. I was so disappointed that I end up going to a few other luxury shops trying to forget about this ordeal....
I do wonder if anyone actually got appointments today?

It’s a technical issue so it doesn’t count.
 
I’m at the FSH store right now but they said just try again so many people at the store and they were having the same problem! But no one got the appointment! So disappointed! My birthday is tomorrow I was so thrilled! Ugh

Unfortunately it was predictable.. I am sure it’s been like that all day. Apparently it’s not the system but someone behind that issue.
In the meantime Tamara Kalinic got like 7 bags this year haha

2 under her profile, 2 under her boyfriend, one in Italy and the rest god knows how, probably somewhere else in the world...
well, lucky her.. I love her new K25 in Jaune Poussin and MK in vert Jade btw!!
