I went to the sale last week and the traffic is busier than normal so you would have to allow extra time. As for Uber, I didn’t use it this time because the surge charges were higher due to demand, for example from Gare du Norde to Palais des Congress which is on average 15-18€ in a taxi was quoted at 42€!

When i was there a week ago, only line 1 and 12 (METRO) are running. Uber ( rate fluctuates depending on time) and Taxis are abundant. Luckily no strike during my visit but the public transport is a MESS.

When I was there from last Tuesday till Saturday, it seems that only metro line 1& 14 function like as normal whereas other lines operate shorter hours. Suggest checking at the metro information counter on daily basis as they have something similar to attach document that shows operating hours of the different metro lines.

Though unfortunate as I was not aware of the transport strikes issue, H Fairy still shines on me when I successful got an appointment last Friday, score a kelly & was offered a rodeo, got myself a wallet & bangle at FSH. Also got some twilly at the sales at Palais congres & another twilly at airport. Still an eventful trip afterall!

Métro lines 1 and 14 do not need conductors so they are always operating normally.
It’s necessary to check everyday the traffic status indeed....
Would love to see your purchases, eye candy are really welcomed in those days!
