I had a really weird experience yesterday. My boyfriend wanted to buy me a bag as a Christmas gift as well, but the woman told us that since I was present they had to use my information? I've spoke with a good friend of mine who is a VIP and he said that that's strange, since each person is allowed one. Has anyone had this issue? I will note that she was new and didn't know much about leathers and colors.

No!!! Starting at 10:30 double check your appointment time, it could change to earlier or later. I hope you can go. If not, Versailles is definitely a real treat.

Thank you for the reply and I hope is not too intrusive to ask this: What I meant, was your request ‘I am looking for a Birkin in barenia’ or was it ‘ I am looking for something-anything in Barenias?’ Asking this because in London I often see SAs eyes glaze over in horror when a new customer even mentions the b word.:biggrin:

I called in the morning to ask if they can move the appointment and they agreed for me to come in my convenient time. However, I was not offered with what I asked as the SA claimed their stocks are low due to the strike. She offered Lindy26 black in ghw and evelyne tpm etoupe but decided not to take any as my heart is set on what I really like and I guess I got to the point when settling is not an option. I love Lindy but it is not on the top of my list. I do not think I need too many bags. I decided not to buy anything and I am grateful I did not compromise Versailles with my family.
I again started to request for appointment
Did anyone here experience getting another appointment after one? If so, around how many days of wait?

My boyfriend got an Appt today, he tried to get me a bag for Christmas. They told him they had nothing. He said he saw a b25 and kelly mini II box being offered to someone else. He also said the SA he had was rude and raced through their appointment. He again got offered a Kelly Depeche (they're clearly having issues selling these). which he told her thank you but no thanks. It really is a luck of the draw on who you end up with.

I was straight forward and told her I wanted a K or B. Honestly it really depends on the SA you end up with. That's what i'm starting to learn through my handful of appointments i have had at the boutiques. I feel very fortunate to have been able to get a bag both this year and last.

Hi PFPers,
I just went to my appointment today and had a few things to share. First, I thought I was extremely lucky in getting an appointment on my third try. However, this only happens after I bought a ring from the store. Secondly, on the day of the appointment, I tried to dress up, saw many people getting offered b/k, told my SA what I want, waited for a good 30 minutes, thought I will be getting my dream bag, but my SA told me that there's no b/k in stock due to the strike. She did manage to get to a kelly danse in rose azalee, which is cute, but is not what I want, so I turned it down. I thought I phrased it politely but the SA did not even walk me down or anything after. I feel a bit disappointed and discouraged especially knowing that I will not be getting an appointment anytime soon. I did not get an appointment after 7:30. Also, I think that SAs always have reason to tell you that they have no stock, but at the same time, I saw so many people with their B/k.

Yesterday was something different...
I think I almost lost my mind ‍♀️
Hubby got an appointment yesterday and voila! I got offered with b30 rose extreme epsom ghw.. still over the moon.. I love the bold pink in it and ghw makes it more special. I took it for a spin yday and noticed that on every picture I have, it is the first thing noticed. Very overpowering during winter .. Now all I should do is take care of it during the rest of the trip.. here she is with me singing “im a barbie girl, in a barbie world in my mind”..
