I have benefited so much from the wealth of knowledge in this thread and I just wanted to share my wonderful experience today at FSH!

I have been very blessed and every time I came to Paris I was able to score a dream bag on my list, including today now that I have experienced both the “line up” and the online reservation systems, and must say the online system works quite well and really helps create a much less crowded and more pleasure shopping experience in the store.

I was able to secure an appointment after 2 failed attempts. The reservation status tracker indicated my 12:45 appointment was delayed until 13:20. I arrived at the store around 13:00 and checked in with the hostess, and got a text saying I am next around 13:15.

A very nice sales appeared shortly after and led me upstairs. We chatted a bit about my past visits to the store and the H museum. She led me to a private room and I gave her my wishlist: C24 (number one choice) or K28, and perhaps a matching wallet. She asked me to wait and promised she would do her best to help
15 min later, she returned with not 1 but 4 boxes! 2 big and 2 smaller ones. And she said “let’s see what you think” as she closed the door behind her. She presented me with a C24 in blue Zanzibar and a K28 in Etain!! Both gorgeous but since I already have a B30 Etain, I decided to let go of the K... such a hard decision... the other 2 boxes had wallets, the compact Constance in Etain with EGHW is so pretty!! we then went downstairs to look at additional wallet selections and I asked for a Evelyn 29 and she gave me the exact bag I had in mind! so here is my loot and thanks for letting me share!

I was offered 2 Birkins & they take walk-in appointments. When you go in go to the first floor & ask for an appointment. They usually have same day (within a couple hours) appointments.

My dream in life is to go to FSH and just soak everything in. Scoring a bag is a bonus but what’s most important to me is going there and seeing all that you guys see when you shop there. I just found out that May 1st is a holiday. The only day that we are going to be in Paris. This may be misplaced that I’m posting here so mods, please move or delete if necessary. I just wanna reach out to you all and maybe give me tips on how to spend the day in Paris now. Btw, I just found out because my SA said she can get me a museum tour on April 30 or May 2nd but not the 1st due to a holiday. I’m devastated!

Congratulations! Beautiful C24!!! I scored a C24 in Paris in Dec and it became my favourite bag. So convenient and compliments nicely any outfit.

Out of curiosity, were the K28 specs you got offered? I’ve been wanting a K28 in Etain for ages!

Thank you! I love the green and it’s the new color, cactus! I missed out on bamboo in ~2013 and grabbed this beauty in a heart beat! It’s a gift for my mom and she loves green.
