Story 2/2

During my first appointment I asked if Constance is a quota bag and if I could get another, my lovely SA advised that I could get another if I wanted to as Constance is not a quota bag so I kept on trying for appointments. As I mentioned we were travelling as a family so i could use the other passports within the family too to register - unfortunately everyone was rejected except me.

I decided to visit FSH on jan 11th for a cancellation. We arrived 20 minute before the store closing time and there were no cancellations for that day however a lady asked me to go back and check again on Saturday morning jan 12th. I went upstairs that Friday to purchase a pair of sandals I have always wanted and i was served by a lovely woman in the shoes department, she made recommendations of the sizes and styles that suit me so I took it just before the store closed. As we were chatting (I had no intention of asking her to help me), my mum explained how she had been denied everytime and we leave Paris on Monday morning. My footware SA immediately told us to go back and see her on Saturday morning at 1030 and she will apply to the bags manager to help us. We were extremely grateful of her kindness as we did not expect her to do that.

On Saturday morning various trains and metro lines were closed due to the riots so we finally made it to the store just before 11. We explained our preferences as mum and I share our bags. Our first preference was a b30 in dark neutral classic colours in Togo wth ghw. Our SA explained that On Saturdays they do not receive any deliveries so all the stock are left over from the previous week therefore it is extremely difficult to secure a classic colour. She proceeded to ask if we would be interested in other colours and I explained that we would consider colours in K25/28.
K25/28 is actually my first preference but given I just bagged a c I decided to put mums preference first, which is a birkin.

She took us to a large “little dark room” upstairs and went off to check the stock. By this time we were already pleased with the service. The room we were in appeared to be where they tailor make and measure suits for men so it was extremely spacious and comfortable. We waited for about 15 min and she came back with an orange box.

She said: “I am surprised I found this as this is a unicorn piece and the only classic dark colour In the stock room, I grabbed it before anyone else could.”

When she said unicorn I thought uh oh is it some special design that we wouldn’t like because mum and I both prefer classic pieces.

She continued to explain: “it is size 30 and it is in Togo and it is the highly sought after black colour but I could not find anything in ghw” my heart just sank as phw just don’t make our hearts sing. Before I finished thinking in my head she said “but it is not in PHW either as it is in RGHW”!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!! [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

Rghw is actually my most fav hardware option but for some reason I actually forgot to mention this when she asked me what our preferences were [emoji23].

Mum was pretty happy too she tried it on then I tried it on and of course it was a no brainer to take this baby home. Here she is!

Hello all,

Want to share my purchase story with you all since I benefit so much from reading the forum!

Yesterday afternoon,I walked into Sevres store and asked the to see picotin and the appointment lady told me they have something similar called Licol and asked if I was interested in taking a look. Of course, I agreed. I immediately greeted by a super nice SA and she showed me 2 Licols - one is toffee color and one is black. I took the toffee one of course. During the appointment, she kept on telling me how nice I am (I merely just say thank you, please, may I.... Etc). She asked me what I wanted and I told her that I really want a Kelly with color, leather, buckle and size preference. She took a look and couldn't find anything for me as I expected. BUT!! She asked me how often I come to Paris and she told me next time just email her 1-2 week in advance my wish list and she will try to get them for me!!!!!!! I have never encountered such a thing and I don't really have many shopping history. And I dressed very uh.. denim overall lol.. I can't believe I found a SA who connected with me. Any suggestions on maintaining a good relationship with SA, I will be greatly appreciated.

After my happy encounter yesterday, around 7:30 pm I got a text message said I got an appointment at FSH at 10:30 am (third tries). I wanted to try my luck there even though I didn' think I would get a kelly.

10:30am the door was open. I was greeted with a very nice SA and I told her my preference for Kelly. She told me it may be hard to get the bag and asked me if I want something else. I told her I got two 35 birkin and a 24 Constance that I bought in this store and I would really love to have a Kelly. I waited for a good 10 minutes and told myself there is always next time. She came back and told me she didn't have exactly what I wanted but she found something that she thought I would like. And we went to upstair for more private looking. She showed me a Blue Ink Clemence 28 retourn Kelly with Ghw! I took a look and immediately fell in love with it. She also recommended me to get a fourbi and she showed me a Rodeo and said this was the only one and she thought it was a great color combo. I agreed immediately! I am very happy to get the purses that I like and can't wait to use them very soon.

FYI, I left my passport at the hotel and I found out 10 minutes before my appointment at FSH. Thank goodness I have a photo of my passport and I was allowed to see a SA. I just need to come back to detax within 48 hours. She said this only works because I pay cash.

I will post the picture of the bags after I figure out how to

I hope everyone can get their dream bag and thank you for reading my post!
Congratulations!!! They are beautiful. I will be going to Paris next month. Do you think the SA who helped youat Sevres would mind to help me get a Birkin? How many days did you stay in Paris? Do you know why the SA at FSH said that It may be hard to get the bag? Is there a shortage?
Thank you in advance and congratulations!!!

Thank you Cyu511!
I think the lady at FSH was just trying to discourage me from just only looking for a high demanding bag. And I did have very specific color, and size preference ( blue saphaire with gold ghp and 28). I had to tell her I bought b and c here and then she responded with oh you are in the database.

I stay in Paris for 6 nights.

I realized I have the biggest typo. I can detax because I DIDNT pay in cash even when I don't have passport

Sorry to confuse people

Got some questions for all who had visited FSH and were successful before. I am visiting FSH again and was wondering whether I should look for the last SA who served me.
Do you look for your SA without an online appt during your subsequent visit? Or do you still need an appt?
I scored a B under my hubby last Jun, hence my name is not in their record.
Do you think I stand a higher chance to score if I mentioned my last purchase under my hubby's account?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Here's my story,

I applied for an appointment 2x and the 2nd time is a success Jan 18.
I just want to share ... Jan 17th after requesting for an appointment I went to the store and buy twillies and scarf ring. Store is not busy to think that its only 11am .
then that night I got the confirmation for an appointment which is 1:50 pm.

for my multiple experience that 1:50 pm appointment could be change a hundred times so I stayed close by and hang in the cafe near by... Surprisingly my appointment says " my sales associate is almost ready" so I headed to the store and went to the hostess.

Went upstairs and again I'm the only one in the bag section as I was seating infront where the hostess is. then a few customer came in .
Met my SA.. she's young and very pretty, haven't seen her before, and directly asked me what I'm looking for..

Told my preference and waited like around 5 minutes, not that long because I haven't finish my water when she came back..

She's empty handed and I'm ready to go because Im expecting she will say "sorry madame no B/K delivery, blah, blah,blah... and instead she told me" follow me madame and wait in the room ,I'll bring the boxes":wtf::wtf:

She have a certain way to unbox and present the bag which I should video taped it but until now I still get this feeling that my  is pounding every time I'm in the store.

And presented me this Kelly Sellier Etoupe in palladium hardware.

also took the rodeo mm .
