I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

First time poster - Thanks for the all the contributors in this thread. It really helped me and DH scoring 2 Kelly’s in our Paris trip. The blue zephyr Kelly 25 is from FSH and the 32 is from George V. SAs from both stores told us there’s no shipment until 2019 (we were there between Christmas and New Years) but we kept trying with different SAs and eventually scored them with a little bit of other purchase.

We were told the 32 on the left was a special piece. It has canvas on the top and the sides were swift leather. I’m not sure what’s the material on the body of the bag (and was too scared/excited to ask when saying yes to the bag). I believe it’s coated canvas but would love to hear any inputs! The price seems to be comparable to a full leather bag and DH thinks we didn’t get a good deal if it’s canvas.... I love the bag regardless!
That.canvas.Kelly.is.so.damn.chic!!!
They’re both to die for. Congratulations!

My Hermes journey started in 4/17.. building a relationship in my home state. Between then and now, made a total of 3 trips to Europe with more than 30 visits to FSH, Sevres and George V. Stood in line in the cold from 6am.. for 4.5 hours with hubby or my mom when you still had to live up and was told time and again- “Madam, we do not have any bags.” My first B was bought at FSH only after they declined me only for me to see someone else be offered and once I complained, I finally got my B..needless to say, there was no excitement because they killed the experience for me.
Fast forward this month... secured a private tour to their museum on the 1st day there through my SA and SM back home. Was declined 6 times (had 6 phones with us with 6 family members in tow). Once they found out I had a museum tour, my hubby used his charm and got me an appt for the next day. Still went on-line for my hubby and mom- using the 6 devices to get them an appt. Waited 40 mins for an SA day of my appt! I was lucky, my SA was so nice, felt bad for all the times that I was declined and also saw that I had a relationship with FSH, not to mention I had on Hermes shoes, bracelet and necklace as well as my Halzan.. I didn’t want them thinking I was a re-seller (I’m Asian). I asked for a Constance or B and was offered a Constance in Epsom Noir, a Rodeo and took an Evelyne for my mother. That night, on our 18th try on-line, my hubby received a legit appt! I couldn’t believe it! The appt fell on a Saturday and was afraid that they would close due to the protests. Arrived at 1130am for our appt and waited for 30 mins. My husband went to the SA alone to let her know that it was our anniversary and he wanted to get me a B or a Constance 24 or Kelly. I showed up and she asked for my passport to see what colors I already had.. thought that there would not be an offer since the Constance is considered a quota bag and unlike my first SA, this SA was not friendly at all. She asked us to wait in the jewelry dept where I did see Bs being offered.
Surprise, was offered a Magnolia 25 in Togo leather..I asked for a 30, but I took it! Hope this helps anyone with their Hermes journey.. after 3 trips in 1 Year.. over 30 attempts either on line or via the on-line appt route.. it was finally a great experience!

Hi, do you mind sharing the prices for your purchases? Curious as to whether there’s a price increase :) TIA!

Hi ladies! Was wondering what you thought, I’ll be in Paris for two days, February 27th & 28th... I purchased a B 25 capucine in August at FSH with a sales associate (I have her contact)... I was back in Paris in October and emailed her but she told me she wasnt there that week. (I ended up scoring a B 30 bleu nuit togo at FSH in October thanks to my fiancé (different SA) anyways.. I’m dying for a K28 which I originally asked for when I got the b30 but she only had a b to show me no ks. Should I email the sales associate from August? I don’t remember the name of the one in October. Or should I go to the two other stores in Paris? I’m still going to make appointments at FSH which I probably won’t get lol. Thanks!

Story 1/2

I arrived in Paris with the family on the 9th signed up for an appointment for that day the day prior of course I received a rejection - no problem this was part of the plan so I went to the Hermes sale (goodies posted in the sale thread). I was expecting a rejection for day 2 as well being the 10th but to my surprise I got an appointment for 3:05pm. We went to Lafayette in the morning then moved our way to FSH to do more shopping in nearby shops. When I was in roger Vivier, I refreshed the webpage provided via text and my appointment jumped from 3:05 to “imminent”, As you can all imagine I ran out of RV. When I arrived at the mothership my appointment was then again delayed to the original time of 3:05 so we just decided to wait inside the store. The store was not as busy as I imagined and certainly was not as busy as it was 2 years ago when I was offered my first b being a b35. It was an easy wait as my appointment time didn’t change much after that. When the time came I received a text and I was greeted by a lovely young French woman. She was friendly and we had a nice chat. She took me upstairs to the RTW area and we sat down to discuss my preferences which were as follows:
1. Kelly sellier 25/28 in noir Epsom with GHW
2. B30 in gold with GHW in Togo
3. C24 in neutral colours with GHW in Epsom.

She went away to check and came back after about 15, tbh I thought it was a very easy wait I wasn’t really anxious. She came back with a big box and opened it right there on the floor in front of everyone that was when I thought oh damn this must not be something that special. To my surprise it was my first choice with everything I asked for EXCEPT in size 32. It was too big for me so I had to I decline. I felt sad because it’s very classic however I would not carry a size 32 so I dont regret declining this piece. I went ahead to ask her whether she had a b or other Kelly’s and she actually told me they had smaller Kelly’s in green or yellow and I can pick. She went to the back and checked then came back to tell me that they had no b either in size 30 but they do have a c24 in gold with ghw but it is not in Epsom it’s in evercolour. She then said they had a k25 in RP but it’s in phw (I would have take this if it’s in ghw). After all that and all her hard work (I feel like she genuinely wanted to help me and get my first choice) I asked if I could see the c24 as I have never seen evercolour before, to my surprise it is not a smooth leather (I only like grained leather) so needless to say I said yes within 30 seconds.

So........I’m sure you are all sick of reading my super detailed story so here she is, my first ever Constance in the most buttery leather I have ever felt which I love even more than Epsom now, miss Goldie c24 with ghw in evercolor.

Story 2/2

During my first appointment I asked if Constance is a quota bag and if I could get another, my lovely SA advised that I could get another if I wanted to as Constance is not a quota bag so I kept on trying for appointments. As I mentioned we were travelling as a family so i could use the other passports within the family too to register - unfortunately everyone was rejected except me.

I decided to visit FSH on jan 11th for a cancellation. We arrived 20 minute before the store closing time and there were no cancellations for that day however a lady asked me to go back and check again on Saturday morning jan 12th. I went upstairs that Friday to purchase a pair of sandals I have always wanted and i was served by a lovely woman in the shoes department, she made recommendations of the sizes and styles that suit me so I took it just before the store closed. As we were chatting (I had no intention of asking her to help me), my mum explained how she had been denied everytime and we leave Paris on Monday morning. My footware SA immediately told us to go back and see her on Saturday morning at 1030 and she will apply to the bags manager to help us. We were extremely grateful of her kindness as we did not expect her to do that.

On Saturday morning various trains and metro lines were closed due to the riots so we finally made it to the store just before 11. We explained our preferences as mum and I share our bags. Our first preference was a b30 in dark neutral classic colours in Togo wth ghw. Our SA explained that On Saturdays they do not receive any deliveries so all the stock are left over from the previous week therefore it is extremely difficult to secure a classic colour. She proceeded to ask if we would be interested in other colours and I explained that we would consider colours in K25/28.
K25/28 is actually my first preference but given I just bagged a c I decided to put mums preference first, which is a birkin.

She took us to a large “little dark room” upstairs and went off to check the stock. By this time we were already pleased with the service. The room we were in appeared to be where they tailor make and measure suits for men so it was extremely spacious and comfortable. We waited for about 15 min and she came back with an orange box.

She said: “I am surprised I found this as this is a unicorn piece and the only classic dark colour In the stock room, I grabbed it before anyone else could.”

When she said unicorn I thought uh oh is it some special design that we wouldn’t like because mum and I both prefer classic pieces.

She continued to explain: “it is size 30 and it is in Togo and it is the highly sought after black colour but I could not find anything in ghw” my heart just sank as phw just don’t make our hearts sing. Before I finished thinking in my head she said “but it is not in PHW either as it is in RGHW”!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!! [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

Rghw is actually my most fav hardware option but for some reason I actually forgot to mention this when she asked me what our preferences were [emoji23].

Mum was pretty happy too she tried it on then I tried it on and of course it was a no brainer to take this baby home. Here she is!

Thank you all for reading my blah blah blah, even though I did not acquire the Kelly that I came for I am still beyond happy for these two pieces offered to us and of course the excellent service we received at the mothership.

If all I want is a roulis and a garden party, do we still have to apply for an appointment? Going by the looks of this thread, it seems unclear as every one who's gotten an appointment has asked for b/k/c - I am hoping not as we only have one day in Paris.

Thank you!

Congratulations on acquiring both bags! FSH has become so stressful and competitive with the lottery. I enjoy reading success stories here. The B with RGHW is divine.
