Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask one question cos Im not as knowledgeable as most of the members here. Im planning on going to munich and rome. Trying to go to paris for two days but still not sure. Does anyone have any experience with the hermes in munich or rome.? Thanks in advance :)

Hi :) Sharing my experience at FSH last weekend.
I was in Paris for only one day on saturday 11th august. I applied for an apointment om friday, and got an apointment for saturday at 4 pm. Went to the store around 3 pm, browsed a bit, and 45 minuts later it was my turn. The SA was nice, and told me she was new to the leather department, and was under training. I gave her a few options to what kind of bag i wanted, waited about 15 minuts. She came back with a medium size box, and few other small boxes. We went to a quiet place on the top floor, and she showed me the bag. It was a Birkin 25, in togo leather, chocolate color, with gold hardware!! I offcourse bought the bag and few twillys, very happy with my first bag from FSH.

Hello everyone! I would like to share my experience at FSH last week, too. Previously, I have never made any purchase at any Hermes stores in Paris.
We were in Paris from August 4 to August 7. I tried to apply for an apointment om friday when I was in the States, and of course got rejected although I used three phone numbers to apply. By the time when we landed in Paris the next day, we were both tired because of the jet lag and and I miscalculated the time to apply for the appointment onMonday. I was very upset and scared that I would never get an appointment at the FSH store, as we already visited the Sevre store and the George store on Monday but had no luck at all. I figured my application failed probably because I had zero purchase history at the FSH so I went ahead and purchase a pair of the H sandals at the Sevre store (lovely pink color which just came out in 2018)and another 2 twillies at FSH. Also went in FSH around 4pm to see if anyone cancelled their appointment but no luck either as it was always busy and packed on Monday that no one would cancel their appointment. At around 7:30pm that day, DH finally got the appointment confirmed message from his phone, yay!! Next day came, we went to the FSH store around 10 am to see if we could get our appointment a little earlier since mine was 4pm and was told by a lady from the leather department that we could come back at 12pm. I was concerned since 12pm was a little late and was right before their lunch break, the SA would probably be impatient. Anyway, we went back to the store at about 11:45, looked around and waited for roughly 20 min for the SA. Finally my SA came and she was very nice, and that made me less nervous. DH who was trained well by me told her that he would like to give me a honeymoon gift and that was the reason we were there. I then gave her a few options to what kind of bag i wanted. She then took us to the top floor and asked us to wait for her. We waited about 20 minus (one of the longest moments in my life). She came back with a medium sized box, and few other small boxes. I was so nervous as she didn’t invite us to a room (as I knew a lot of people who scored their KBC bags in the past, the SA usually show them their dream bags in a private room) but asked me to a quiet place. In my head I was thinking oh no she’s going to tell me there’s no Birkin for me... However, as soon as I went up to her, she smiled and goes ‘Madame I found this Birkin 30 for you’ - literally I couldn’t believe what I heard and was loudly excited. SA also looked happy and said she’s happy for me and Hermes appreciates customers like me. She then showed me the bag, which was a Birkin 30 in Clemence leather, 2018 new color called Magnolia with silver hardware!! I of course bought the bag and picked two similar color twillies (which also just came out recently) to match the bag, a Kelly gold color belt, and finally a Constance light pink compact wallet. Thanks to DH and the nice SA I felt so so happy and lucky with my first bag from FSH.
