B25 is pretty small in real life. Looks and feels a lot smaller than my K28. I usually only use it for days when I don’t have to carry anything with me (like afternoon tea or something). Not as practical as my K28.

I was just in Paris last week and got a 10:30am appt on my 2nd attempt. My hubby is French so I brought him and our daughter along. There was a line outside at both entrances prior to opening and a majority rushed upstairs. My hubby went to the leather dept hostess and she advised we go upstairs for appts. There were about 15ppl on line to check in for appt and some were advised to wait. We were assigned an SA and was guided to the back womens ready to wear section and was asked what I was looking for right away. For some reason I lost my train of thought and couldn’t remember my colors. I requested a B25 in neutral colors of Black, Etoupe & Etain, a mini Evelyne in Etoupe and Black & a mini Constance in black colors but no reds. She offered us drinks and brought them out to us then she disappeared for about 15minutes. When she came back she had 3 small boxes:
1- Evelyne TPM Etoupe
2- Evelyne TPM Black
3- Constance 18 Ostrich in a green color.
I already had an Evie TPM in black epsom and wanted Taurillon Clemence because i just love how squishy this leather is.
The Constance... I just was not crazy for Ostrich and color green. My hubby pressed me to just take it and I was like no no no, I dont like it. The SA probably felt my dismay and my genuine desire to purchase so she suggested to check for another color and non exotic. She mentioned she saw a gold C18 and maybe I would like that. Off she went and disappeared for about 10min. Came back and said the gold just sold but revealed a C18 Box leather in black and Palladium H. It was love at first sight. I have been looking for a classic shoulder purse and was at Celine days prior contemplating the classic box purse so when I tried the C18 my decision was made! So classic and can be worn on shoulder or cross body!! So I purchased the C18, TPM in Etoupe as well as Oran sandals in gold. I already have them in black and wanted a neutral sandal that went with everything.
So in the end I really wanted a B25 but the C18 was unexpected and love at first sight. I’m a gal that prefers shoulder carry purses and rarely use my B30 due to its arm carry so it worked out perfectly.
Question!
Doea anybody have knowledge of box leather? Do you prefer this leather for a C18??

Also hubby was confirmed for appt next day 10:30am. He wanted to try for my initial wish list...
I will type his story later!

Congrats! Box is beautiful but delicate. I don't have anything in Box but have seen others talk about it on the forum. Best to do a search so you know how to care for it properly. I personally feel, a small bag like C18 is the best and only way I'd own anything in Box.

Reverse for me... scored the Herbag n Lindy before my B. Next hunt is a C18
Have you tried London? I’d seen customers offered Herbags at Sloane St n Harrods in Dec both in 2016 & 2017. Tomato red, green and purple though...
