Thank you my dear！it was real nice to meet my SA and she was helpful to begin with. I love Etoupe. B25 doesn’t make a statement as B30 does but it comes handy when I have one additional diaper bag to handle. The SA setup an appointment as soon as I contacted her. And she just came back to work this morning at 10am after her vacation in her home town Bordeaux. I am greatful for the effort she made to find this bag.

After my lunch near Hermes I went to thank her for the incredible experience at Hermes, all because of her. It was not just for the bags. I felt comfortable to speak up for the items I didn’t want and frankly shared my wishlist with them.

What a lovely day and your SA is also lucky to have such a sweet and appreciative client; I'm sure that you gave her warm feelings just like she gave to you, because you are a genuine and sweet person! I love B25 for when I am out with my little boy because I need to chase after him and since we are both small boned B25 can be worn in the crook of the elbow and does not have to be hand carried, which is also nice.

It’s the whole set of this design that I finally managed to match up... necklace earrings bracelet and ring. Today it’s the bracelet , all in rose gold.

@LuxuryBagAdicted<3 I glad you have safely reached home. Im sorry the whole experience was bad for you. It is true, that it highly depends on luck on the SA u'll get, as well as the availability of the bags that day. I understand you are upset with the situation. Anybody in your position would be.

Perhaps enjoy the Black B for this year, and look forward for next year. Hoping the H fairy would be extra nice to you. & I do hope you dont drive 8 hours straight, its very taxing. Do fly/take the train next time. Merry Christmas to you & happy new year.
