@San2222 Congrats to your B as well~ are you a regular at FSH? It s getting me a bit nervous seeing you said they d check your purchase histories... I wonder if I spent enough though my wish list s never short lol

Yea i go there a few times a year now, ive made fsh my home store instead of shopping at local store. I dont think u need to worry, at the end of the day, they just want customers who appreciates their other categories as well.

Both DH and I got an appointment saturday. Strangely my previous purchase was not registrered in my passport number. So my SA could not find any history on me. It took him about 20 min to get back - and he came back with a picotin bag which I declined. Strangely he could not find me in their system since I bought my B35 last year and other items. So after I declined, I insisted him to find me in the system - and after some time he could find me in their system by looking my address up. So he hinted that previous purchase does matter - and your odds are higher when you purchase other things than B or K. So perhaps if he could see my purchase from the beginning I might have been lucky. I believe his bag-quota was reached for the day, as he said I really hope you get your dream bag. I saw so many being offered B bags.

We went upstairs to a quiet corner and she asked me what I am looking for. I said K25/28 in Black/Grey or neutral colours, a wallet and scarves. Then she surprised me by asking if I prefer K 25 or 28, sellier or retourne and GHW or PHW. It made me think they must have a lot of stock! She went off to look for my items, the longer she was away the better according to what I’ve read here so I timed her and she was away for 22 mins before she came back with 1 large box and 2 smaller boxes. In that time I saw many people being shown into the fitting rooms to look at Bags. We had to wait because there was no private room available! She showed me the wallet first and I said I love this colour. Then the other small box was a silk bag insert which I said I’ll take as well. I saw the label on the big box which says Birkin 25 Blue Nuit. My SA said unfortunately we don’t have any Ks right now but I hope you don’t hate Birkins! [emoji23][emoji23] I said Of course not!! We went into a private room and she showed me the bag and it’s very cute and a very nice sensible colour however it didn’t make my heart sing. I think she could see it in my face as she said actually we have B25 in Rose Poupre too but you didn’t ask for bright colour, would you like to see it?! I immediately said yes please and off she went to check and came back with the bag. So that’s how I ended up with B25 Rose P! I thanked her, We chose a twilly, I paid and left!

We chatted for a bit in between and I know that she looked up my purchase history as she asked me why I had 2 addresses. I said I used to live in London but moved after I got married. She also mentioned that she could see that I have bought a few things Online. I think having purchase history helped me and I felt like she genuinely wanted to give me a bag.

Congrats to everyone who got lucky in Paris. Has anyone else noticed that there have been lots of smaller B/Ks lately? I am a small bag person. It's funny to see my small wallet, a lipstick and a cell phone swimming around in my big B35. I am thinking to add a B25/K25 if they are not that hard to get any more. :biggrin:

Thank you Ladies! I did second guess myself whether I should have chosen B25 Blue Nuit instead. If I didn’t have a black B30 I probably would have. It really was a case of being in the right place at the right time. [emoji2]

You made a good choice!! I have mostly neutral bags and am awaiting two bright SOs, and one of them is a B25 in Rose Pourpre. Can’t wait to be your twin on this one!

Any recommendations on what time to try to book the appointment for the next day to increase your chances? For instance does it help if you try to book it at midnight (12:01 am)?

Are you able to try repeatedly on the same day since the appointment selection is random or only one time ? Any advice based on your personal experience with the new online system would be super helpful as I have only obtained B and K’s from the old system of standing in line.

The appointment website is only live from 10:30 until 19:00. You input your personal information that day with the hopes of getting an appointment the next day. So you cannot enter your information at midnight.

Whether inputting your info early in the day (versus later in the day) has any effect/benefit is up for debate. Either way, you get an email and text around 19:30-20:00 telling you whether or not you got an appointment.

Note: if you seek an appointment for Monday, you need to visit the website on the previous Saturday by 19:00.

Really? Wow, that makes it sound like it's easier to get one without purchase history on your first try then the second when you have purchase history. Got a B from FSH early this year. Wondering how much I have to spend to have a chance for a K the next time i visit!
