I'm off today to buy a wedding gift for a friend. I'm getting her the wedding cake charm and they have the free bracelet with $100 purchase, so I guess I'm forced to buy something for myself to get to the minimum purchase, right?

I checked back a few pages and didn't see it, so I thought I'd post -
October issue of ELLE, US.
There's a very pretty Pandora bracelet in the fashion workbook, on page 216, there a 4 page advertisement - all Pandora! It shows new(?) Liquid Silver pieces and all new things.
Did anyone else see it?
I need to see if I can get DH to scan it, taking a pic won't work.

I recently purchased the retired mouse charm when I was out of town, from a jewelry store that sold pandora. The SA told me this one was new & they just got it in. I rolled my eyes & thought it was funny when she was trying to look it up in their book to find the price.... she pointed at the cat charm and was like "there it is". Very sad considering they had a section of retired charms and the mouse was not in it... I swear she didn't even know it was retired.
Oh, I have to see if my October issue of Elle came in yet (can't remember if it did or not) and look for that ad!
I got three new charms this week. I was helping someone get a retired bead and couldn't resist picking up a few retired beads for myself as well.
Will take a picture a little later.
I can't wait until I get the call that my Pandora travel jewelry box and ring are in. I'm getting antsy over here.

I got the wedding cake with free bracelet for my friend and I got the brown primrose path for me. I got all excited because the big binder book they have on the counter has all the new ones, but they haven't arrived yet. I got this deal at Jared's and boy do they package everything nicely. She told me I could spend more and get two free bracelets, but I want my next one to be with the gold clasp and I couldn't afford the difference for that one today.
Same topic. I went to the actual Pandora store when it first opened. I wanted to have my bracelets cleaned with their machine. I have a whole bracelet with just retired beads on it and they told me they can only clean authentic Pandora beads. I had to convince them they ARE Pandora. Too funny
I know some of your ladies have Chamilia beads, I was wondering if the quality of them is as nice as Pandora and Troll? I was just noticing they have Disney charms and I can not get the idea of starting a Winnie the Pooh Chamilia bracelet out of my head.
Hi, I have a whole bracelet done with Chamilia charms and in my opinion, the quality is comparable to Pandora. The only thing I found was that with the Chamilia Murano glass beads, while I really like the colors and patterns, I found that they were less consistent between batches and varied even more than Pandora Muranos do. I also prefer the Pandora bracelet with the sections for the clips, b/c I did not like the Chamilia locks which press on the bracelet. Other than that, I really like the Chamilia beads and they had some charms that I wanted that Pandora didn't make.
I've got the chamilia Nemo from Finding Nemo and I love it. It is the only non-pandora bead I have and wanted it for sentimental reasons. The quality is very comparable and mixes in nicely with the pandora. I have mine next to my Queen Bee. I wouldn't hesistate investing in them again.

I wondered about the difference between Chamilia and Pandora. That's a great help, thanks again!
I have a two-tone triangle bead and a two-tone initial from Chamilia. In my opinion, the quality is good, but the some of the designs are a little too gimicky or trendy for me, like the ipod bead, for instance... The Disney beads are very cute. I especially like the Eeyone with the gold tail! A Winnie-the-Pooh bracelet sounds very cute.
Thanks girls for the Chamilia info! I am going to be close to a store that sells them tomorrow so may try and stop by to see the Disney charms.
The thin flower band with czs. Should be in really soon. The jewelry store ordered it for me a week or so ago. I told them to wait to call me until all three things I ordered are in (I have the Pandora travel jewelry case and a 18kt and silver changeable gemstone ring from a different designer on order through them as well). All should be coming in around the same time. I'm hoping they'll be calling me this coming week or the next week.
