So pretty!:smile1:

Hi all, I recently bought my first OPI gelcolor off of Ebay and was assuming that the gel colors were the same as their likewise named RNPs. My alltime favorite "French" color is Bubble Bath, so I was very disappointed to find out that at least on my swatch stick, the Gelcolor version is wayyy more orangey and darker than the very very pale baby pink of RNP Bubble bath. Is this a known problem? Did I not shake enough?

...and it looks nothing like the swatch psted by Ferretkingdom in another SOG thread recently, where it looks as it's spposed to IMO, trying to copy that link here:

Kiss ballet is very sheer but had more color to it than simple sheer or something.

Maybe I ave a wonky bottle? The seller had excellent feedback and the OPI When Monkeys fly is fine, and the two Gelishes I got from her too....

With those light colors I suspect the difference in colour could be due to the age of the gel and the colour changing in the bottle. This is likely most noticeable in light colours.

Below is my OPI Gelcolor Bubble Bath which looks pink next to Passion which looks yellowed and nothing like the regular polish version.

I have that one, in gel, and it is a very pale pink.

My bubble bath is a very pale pink. It's not orangey at all. Maybe a bad bottle?

Sounds like Samoan Sand, your bottle was probably mislabeled.
