There’s just too many amazing colors to choose from, right? I probably would get a pop color in this somewhere down the line too.

Another update: My SA is seriously amazing! She texted me this morning that an Etoupe with PHW just came in and asked if I wanted that instead. Etoupe is probably one of my all time favorite Hermès colors, esp with PHW! If I’m being completely honest, this is my wish list color for my first B too, but I thought about it and wouldn’t mind two H bags in the same color, especially one I love this much. (SA also agreed that it’s just like having a bunch of black bags, lol.) I’m so excited to get her... this will be my first ever Hermès bag!

Etoupe is a staple neutral that you will be able to use year around - be warned that you probably won't be able to stop at just one pico! Please post some pictures.

This is a potentially dumb question, but is the Picotin completely hand-stitched too? Are all Hermès bags?

I have a pico 18 in Bleu nuit phw and it is one of my most used bags in summer, actually all seasons as it feels casual, understated, and I am a neutral girl at heart. I then bought the same in gris etain ghw for an alternate, and like you I am wanting a pop of colour but went from wanting this in a pico 18 to considering a small Kelly style so I have a strap option. Will see what I am offered! Bleu nuit is one of my favourite and wearable colours from Hermes, in all hardwares.

But etoupe is a classic also! I am waiting for etoupe in a b/k phw, as i like it in a structured bag.

Does anyone have a Picotin 18 in the malachite color? I haven’t seen it in any pics so I was wondering if it was near impossible to find. I’m also interested in the anemone color but I’ve seen it on Instagram. Thanks!

The Picotin 18 is on my wishlist, but I can't decide what color to buy. I'm leaning more towards a color (since the bag is so much fun) but it has to be a color that goes with everything. Any suggestions?

It's difficult to suggest a colour as Hermes does colour so well and there are so many options available. Perhaps start with a colour family that you gravitate towards, and consider your wardrode colours to narrow down your choices. Personally, I find even that a daunting task.

I recently got a picotin 18 in magnolia and I love it. Such a fun pop of color. My wardrobe is very neutral heavy - blacks, greys, creams and whites so I’ve had no issues using it. My first ever hermes bag was an Evelyn in blue atoll. One of my fave blue shades! I think it really comes down to your wardrobe.....

Since last week I own a P 18. I am so happy!!!

Now I have got a question - do you wear your lock? If yes, where do you put your key? I can only Open the complete bag without it. :confused1:

On my K or B there is a clochette, but on P....?
