1000%. I have a black clemence Bolide 31 PHW and love it!!! Perhaps one size bigger would give you more of a slouch, but the 31 has that as well. Go for it!

I have in the past, but am more reluctant now. Buying resale, I have to evaluate the probability of simply being out the money with no product to show for it and assess whether the item is worth it to me. The eBay Authenticity Guarantee increases the possibility I might be out the money in my mind because I want to be able to have my own authentication done and worry about eBay saying it's real, but an independent authenticator saying it's not.
I'll risk it for a Tod's bag I've been searching for for years to no avail going for a fraction of the retail price, but a bag that costs an order of magnitude more, priced close to retail that's still available (albeit not necessarily in that color) and often counterfeited would be a no go for me.
I saw that listing. Maybe the "How much risk" thread would help you here. Personally I have zero issue with eBay purchases from big sellers, with the auth guarantee AND PayPal protection; my issue here would be that the seller does not allow returns. I would ask them to guarantee a return if bababebi finds the bag inauthentic. However, eBay will force a return if the bag is NAD. I recently returned an Hermès bag via the 'Bay and it was an easy process.
Unrelated but this listing cited by @goodatlife illustrates perfectly what a chèvre mini Bolide looks like with a bit of use.
ETA: I bought my first Bolide from eBay, actually, a decade ago I think! Now I have three and debating a fourth....

Read a few posts here that people like the crossbody option, but I see various listings ie. Fashionphile or auction houses indicating the bolide 25 strap drop is only 15”-16” which seems quite short for a crossbody, especially for a non-mini bag.

I’ll try and get a photo across. It’s very short for crossbody and a bit of a faff to take on and off (because of the short strap) if you did attempt it. I’m 5ft 6 and a size 8/10. I personally wouldn’t choose to wear it cross body. That said, I was out in the city with all my kids and wore it as cross body yesterday over a big coat.
I found another variant of the Rainbow Bolide, but it's made with Bleu Brume epsom which we know Hermès had to stop using because of the yellowing issue, so it's probably why we haven't heard so much about it. I got these pics from a reseller and I feel that it's quite authentic, but if not, mods please delete.

I love my Bolide 25 and I technically can wear it crossbody (I’m on the shorter end too at like 5 ft 4…on a good day), but I think it’s better as a shoulder carry. Like it’s definitely doable if I have to but still feels better if I don’t, if that makes sense? I wear other bags like K25 crossbody a lot more comfortably.
Thanks that’s good to know- as I don’t find the K25 comfortable cross body at all, and I’m a whopping 5”2 (on a REALLY good day)!

Question for you all bolide owners:
So in my mind, a perfect combo of mini bolide would be something like quebracho in chèvre- light brown/ warm beige in the more durable leather. Chai is also a color I kept thinking about (I own an Evelyne in chai & clemence), but as far as I know there's only chai in evercolor, and plus it's from previous season.
However, after seeing an evercolor bolide 25 in gold, I doubted if insisting on chèvre is really necessary. Gold on evercolor is much brighter (than clemence) and it's a real eye candy!
Would you recommend waiting for the perfect combo (something similar to quebracho or chai in chèvre), or just go with whatever color of my liking in evercolor? Does evercolor really get worn or slouchy that easily than chèvre?
I've started to think maybe etoupe (more in chèvre) is a good one too... but all photos of etoupe in chèvre I've seen online looked so dark

I've been debating with myself whether to go for the 25 or 30 and this picture swayed me to the 25. I would love a crossbody option (maybe have a non-H strap because I'm 5'10") and I think the 25 would look best for that.
