What a timely thread, as I just happened to be speaking to a SA from H.com and she said that since this was such a popular scarf, to be on the lookout for a re-issue. While she didn't say that it WOULD be re-issued, she did mention that the big sellers are often re-issued...and something about the next 2-4 seasons...(shrug)

Let's hope so!!I tried to get out of her if a (possible) re-issue would include the past cw, but she didn't know. Perhaps we should bombard the H. botiques with searches for this past scarf (like having them check their drawers for ones that may have been missed) and maybe this will increase the likelyhood for a re-issue?
I"m hoping for the black cw...it is perfect!
My understanding is that when Hermes does a reissue they never use the same CW again. That is what the craftsman who did the silks at the Metiers even told me. SO any reissues would be in different CWs.
I have called a few stores (including the New York and the website), and when they look they say there are none in the USA. I also like the blue one...so beautiful!!
Any thoughts as to where I might call? I don't live near a boutique and havn't really built up a relationship with a SA yet -- only purchasing one item here and there.

I forgot to add that one of the stores I spoke with did have a cashmere in the orange cw -- it this helps anyone.
Hmm It was my undertanding that the Coupons and several other scarves were some new old stock found in Paris (storage?)and released. That is what Hermes corporate said. These have been let to sell on the H websites and some of the Boutiques. When I mentioned the Coupons to the SA from H.com she didn't mention this -- but that doesn't mean that what you were told isn't true, but that the SA just didn't know this. Either way, I am hot on the pursuit for a LFASDV, and am afraid that I will come up empty handed and have to arm-wrestle everybody and their sister for the rare one in cw 08 that pops up on auction.

I've been following this thread - kicking myself for missing out on this scarf. Not just once, but twice (I had a case where it was snatched right from under me when I went to get my DH's opinion)...
...but for those with patience (or, rather, obsessive perseverance)...today a package came. I think this is one of the last ones left in this colorway (CW08). After some calls to my local SA and some great work on their part, I called the one Hermès store that seemed to have it and purchased it right away. I have still another being searched for but this was the one CW I really wanted. It really is more spectacular in life than in photos.
Sorry for the bad picture (I'm the worst photographer!!!) but I figured the ladies in this thread would truly understand the grin on my face at this moment
