Hi ladies, I tried to find this information from the thread, but I want to ask this just to be sure - is this scarf still produced, or are there just some pieces left in random stores? I shoudn't have come across this thread, I totally fell in love with this design, and my heart will break if I can't find oneI love the fuchsia, the black/brown/turquoise and the red one too.. Either cashmere GM or 90 silk scarf would be fine, I just have to get one
The scarf is now a year old (A/W 09) and proved very popular so it's not as easy as finding S/S stock from this year but I doubt it's impossible (usually older stock is kept in the bottom draws)
I hope that this works in your area the same way as in Europe: Telephone your regular/nearest store and ask if they have one. If they do not, either ask that they could look for you in your/their territory (Europe, Asia, US/Canada etc) and place a request for a transfer or phone direct pay by CC/DC and they can send it to your local H.
Other than that it might have to be a reseller or ebay. Careful though there were fakes made of this design

I'm travelling to France in a few months so I'll try to find one there, I'm not completely comfortable with buying on ebay.

Absolutely gorgeous, thenurse! I love this colorway! the blues/grays/turquoise are stunning! I just got the shawl with the light brown border/pink/orange/ dark brown scene and I love it. After seeing your scarf, I want this one, too!!!! Congrats! Will you post a modeling pic? Hope so.

i am so happy! i was browsing this thread cos its one of my Fave H scarves.... my DH got me the carre in the Vieux rose colourway (after every city he went to for work he ended up in the H store asking....he finally got my carre in Dusseldorf airport last year(!), i think and it was the last one....
, but id always wanted the GM.... so today was so amazed when Last-seconds.com had one in this colourway for less than the price of a new one. its coming home to me - though i will be eating toast for about the next 6 months to pay for it; but i figured i may never see another one in my price range!!!

Hi fellow TPF'ers! I am joining the legions who are kicking themselves for not obtaining this scarf when it first came out. The story was magnetic, the design stunning... and I really have no good excuse for not going for it (I looked at it for days on the Hermes site, and then... life intervened). Now, the regretful kicking of self is in full flower. I'm in the Northwest, so will be checking the Seattle store - but if anyone can lend a hand in my quest, I'd be very grateful!! I'd be looking for either a 90 cm or GM - CW's 05, 07, 08 or 09 (but honestly, I'd look at and probably jump at any). Many thanks! on with the hunt! 
I've been following this thread - kicking myself for missing out on this scarf. Not just once, but twice (I had a case where it was snatched right from under me when I went to get my DH's opinion)...
...but for those with patience (or, rather, obsessive perseverance
)...today a package came. I think this is one of the last ones left in this colorway (CW08). After some calls to my local SA and some great work on their part, I called the one Hermès store that seemed to have it and purchased it right away. I have still another being searched for but this was the one CW I really wanted. It really is more spectacular in life than in photos.
Sorry for the bad picture (I'm the worst photographer!!!) but I figured the ladies in this thread would truly understand the grin on my face at this moment
