Gorgeous!!! I have a hard time with the lock on my Kelly also. Very fussy when trying to use the bag. I tend to wear her naked. It's just easier that way =)

Just got a K25 Togo gold retourne with GHW!! Originally I asked for PHW, but when I saw the GHW, I just melted. Gold on gold is TDF. Still waiting for FedEx to deliver her.

Does anyone own a retourne K25 and the Chanel 19 in the medium size (or whichever one is 25 cm)? My mom has the C19 which she's been carrying a lot and said it was the smallest size bag she would carry. Do you think they are comparable in capacity or that I should try to get her a K28 instead?

Chanel 19 in small measures 16x26x9cm, so I guess you're referring to the small. In terms of capacity, the C19 small is more comparable with the K28 retourne. To fit the same amount in the C19 with the K25 retourne would be filling in the kelly to the brim.
