I am looking for advice as to what can be done. Is this normal for a k25 retourne Togo? The plastic film was still around the box.
1. Will the corners where the back meets the front panel crack even more? It’s not very noticeable from afar.
2. The plates are a bit misaligned
3. I think I am okay with the weird small stitch on the handle
I am so sad, as I’ve waited a long long time for this bag. I am waiting to hear back from my SA. Thanks in advance.

Hello There, I’ve seen a lot of the gold togo having this crack leather issue. I mean it will have some type of crack from the needle puncture… but lately I just see more… the small stitch won’t bother me because I know some will be smaller than others. Also I had a Kelly with the plate being misaligned like that…
I am not saying any of this is normal, wait to see what your SA says. Unfortunately my SA not going to change another one per the manager. They sent my bag out for them to fix the misaligned plate but came back the same.
After a while I don’t care for the flaws anymore… but I did bothered me at first.
Thank you so much for all this information. It is very helpful. It’s such a high demand combo so I doubt that I will be offered a replacement for these minor issues. Sending to Paris to fix will take months .. The cracking stitch bothers me the most. I will see what my SA says. Thanks once again
So sorry there are any issues at all. This may be a silly question, but the plate doesn’t look misaligned to me, it looks like they put the protective plastic on at an angle and that makes it look crooked. Unless the plate and the turn lock don’t line up, maybe it’s the plastic? I know it doesn’t solve cracking issues. Good luck with the solution. Hi ladies, I am trying to find the prices for Kelly 25 in croc leather (shiny, not matte, if it makes a difference) if you were to purchase in the shop (obviously not including the pre-spend amount). Would be super grateful if anyone can let me know their ballpark purchase price. Thanks!!!
My 25 sellier shiny croc nilo Kelly purchased 12/2020 was $34,800 USD before taxes. We have had price increased since so not sure what the current store price is.
Price do varies between types of crocs, retourne, sellier, matte and shiny.

For me….the plate should line up with the top of the bag and it looks like this one does?
I do not see any flaws here
and the "crack" isnt leather crack, it is part of the pre-stitching cut made by the craftsman before placing the saddle stich
My new to me Kelly 25 in Ebene w gold hardware in Togo! I was on the fence between black or brown and I’m glad I chose brown because I dress a little more causally. I know black is classic which I love, but it made me look a little too buttoned up and formal and I live in an area where most ppl are in sweats and sneakers. :/
