I was in the shoe dept buying some shoes this year and I heard a manager talking on the phone to a customer about Uggs she was explaining to a customer that Uggs are a fashion shoe, don't last much more a year usually but if they wear out before a year is up she will gladly return, exchange or replace the Uggs before the year is up as they usually wear out after a year or so... that being said my Uggs are leather I don't have the suede ones but they stretched out anyway and my feet flop around and they hurt..but I use them in bad weather to keep my feet warm from time to time.. but had I known this I would of exchanged them for another boot.. so I would try it.
