Nobody uses colored bags?

Colour is definitely good in my book! It would be even better to see more of it! Yes I have beautiful bags in black, browns (including oxblood, chestnut & oak) and navy but I also love a pop of colour. Nothing can be better than a pop of pink in my opinion. Pale pink for a neutral day or evening bag or bright pink for a lively bag style alongside a more neutral outfit. I have a bright pink Coach Crosby quilted Carryall which is fabulous in the summer. A spot of embellishment can be good too. I have a pale pink Coach Nomad with western riveting and a Coach Dinky in heather tearose.
I'm missing a good fuchsia in my collection. I used to have a fuchsia Coach Legacy duffle that was the perfect color. I miss it. I need something to replace it.

Lesson #1: True red with no orange undertones is practically a neutral. Same with green in the right shade(Think a deeper Crayola green)
I have to keep this in mind! My red bag rarely gets used because I think it needs to be coordinated with my outfit/clothing color choices, and often, its easier to just grab the black or brown bag when I am in a rush.

I've been using a red bag all week, the only colors I don't like to wear it with are green and purple but I don't have any green or purple tops anyway!

I don't have any purple I think (other than a lilac wool blazer and coat) but dark green, olive and moss green are all present in my wardrobe as coats, blazers and patterned summer dresses so I would have to plan my outfits a bit if I want to wear a colored bag (at least in terms of avoiding these particular colors/clothes when I want to wear the red bag). Also, I am not sure if my bag is a true red or if it has some orange in it. Will have to bring it out of the dust bag to inspect the color closely.

I see a lot more of colored handbags in spring/summer than during winter in my area. The handbags I reach for the most are pale pink (which I treat as a neutral), cognac/brown, black and burgundy/maroon colors.

Lol I'll wear my reds with purple! But I tend toward dark jewel tones. I don't do violet or anything. I find the red looks great with sage green and olive/military green. No hunter green and red until Christmas!
