My beech wood rogue came from a store. Gift wrapped and all that I never ask forSo my Rogue Whipstitch Tote now shows shipping from store. I guess I am not going to hold my breath that I get it as I can't imagine one sitting in a store at 50% off and the extra 20 in store.
Nice! I am tempted to order the beechwood tote just to make sure I get one. But the one I ordered was the black whipstitch one that was in stock for like 5 mins online and I checked to see if how many showed in the dropdown box as available and it was only 2. Then gone. Maybe I will get lucky. My beech wood rogue came from a store. Gift wrapped and all that I never ask for
I have to return. To small for me. UghhhhNice! I am tempted to order the beechwood just to make sure I get one. Woah this makes no sense. The invoice shows the order #, what you bought, price, and how you paid. There should be zero problems with them processing the return. I think the stores just don't want to take the hit and hoping customers don't push back.So today I went to return several items at the fp store. The very nice young man helping me disappears a for a few minutes then comes back with shipping labels in hand and tells me they will gladly ships the items back for me and I should get my $ back as soon as it is processed. I said, what do you mean, is this a new system? He politely tells me that it is because it is an online order and I paid online. [emoji15] I politely respond that it doesn't make sense, I have previously returned other items bought online and never had an issue. He insists, so I say, I don't understand because I should be able to return to the store or ship it as per Coach's policy and I would like to return to the store. Finally, he tells me that he can't access the purchase using my invoice, so I ask him to try with info in my email receipt. That worked, and he processed my return. But, man! I had to be firm or it would have been shipped back! [emoji58] "Lucky" for me, I returned something to the outlet yesterday and the lovely lady there was puzzled that she couldn't pull up my info with the invoice. I asked her if my email receipt might help and it did. So, I guess Coach has tagged me? Or has anyone else had an issue with the invoice info not being useful when returning an online purchase?
that is oddI have 2 separate online orders paid with different cards showing the exact same tracking # and shipping from a store. I'm reallllly hoping everything is in the 1 box and they didn't mess something up. Seems odd they would combine 2 separate orders that were paid differently as well.
That happened to me before but they just called CSSo today I went to return several items at the fp store. Hit or no hit they going to do my returns. I could really carelessWoah this makes no sense. The invoice shows the order #, what you bought, price, and how you paid. I had Macy's do this once but the same credit card was used. Definitely never had Coach do it though which worries me. The Fifth Avenue store fulfilled the order but I can't really make phone calls right now to contact them. I have an aunt in ICU and I'm keeping her kids occupied at the hospital.that is odd
Exactly! Yesterday, the lady said she could not connect that info to my credit card. She asked if I was sure that was the card I had used. I said yes and also showed her that the email receipt showed the last 4 numbers of the card I wanted to use. Who knows what's going on. I'm just glad I could return and get my $ back. I still love Coach and have my eye on yet more bags. Right now I need a tote for work...[emoji56] [emoji28] [emoji85]Woah this makes no sense. One time a long time ago, they shipped something with gift packaging and the invoice didn't have any price on it. When I went to return it, they couldn't refund me because they didn't have any record of how much I paid, even after I gave them the credit card. They ended up mailing me a check. So today I went to return several items at the fp store.
