Next PCE? Anyone knows when?

The last of my items purchased online arrived today, all separately, all coming from stores. The smallest item, a floral wristlet, was immaculately packed and package and that when I will be keeping for a future gift. The Bedford hobo in gray was literally thrown in its dust bag in a box with no stuffing or anything. It was in decent condition, although not perfect given the way they cared for it. The third item was a scarf that I was able to pick up at my local store yesterday for a cheaper price. The hobo and scarf will be going back tomorrow via UPS. Anything else I will be picking up will be at a local store...that is till they show up on the next FOS, lol...

This is how both Bedford and Rogue Totecwas packaged. Some stores and warehouse dont care

I think if you return too much you get a "ding." I know the earlier F&F sale my SA's manager was reviewing accounts of the SA's top clients and noticed I had a "refunder" note under my account and he wouldn't let my SA extend the discount to me. Fortunately her district manager came in and said she could sell me as much and I could return as much as I wanted so I'm "in the clear" but that definitely made me aware of it. Funny thing is I never returned to the store, always ordered via the store and returned to JAX.

This is why I tend not to order sight unseen, though the SAs are always quick to say if you don't like it you can return it.

So I received the two items I ordered in store during the additional 20% in store event.
The Tattoo sling that I just had to see was a complete bust. Other than the tattoo work, there’s nothing I like about this bag and the other was the foldover car case in oxblood. I received the gray one. Both are being returned. First time everything was wrong. [emoji16].
Now I will sit tight until the bag I’m looking is in a store so I can see it IRL and then waiting for a PCE, the next SAS or the Outlet (in-store or FOS).

That's too bad on the sling bag but it is a weird one. It reminds me of a giant painted tongue. No offense meant to anyone who loves it, but it's just not for me.

I ordered the saddle only because I’m not a fan of goat heads. I didn’t unpack the bag but I think a zip card case, a key and a phone could have fit in. Maybe a flat pair of sunglasses. But anything more may have caused it to bulge.

Sorry everyone's items are taking so long to arrive. I was surprised mine arrived so fast but it turns out the shipping store sent my Bedford through Nex Day Air instead of ground shipping. My SA placed my order for my Bedford on 12/22 after 6:00 PM CST. I receive shipping notification on 12/23. It arrived yesterday.

I'm getting impatient and hope I still get my order. I emailed CS and waiting for a reply. I ordered on 12/21, got shipping notification on 12/24 and it has yet to be picked up. I realize Monday there were no pick ups but should have been by now.

That stinks! I will say that with this last batch, I got shipping notifications from Coach but then a week went by with no movement. Then I got ship notifications from UPS just the day prior to delivery. I couldn't see anything between label creation & delivery. All mine came from 3 different stores, none from a Coach distribution center. Fingers crossed!

Honey. I live 30 mins from an fp store and it took 4 days to get my box. UPS was slowwwwww picking up. And that was overnight shipping

It was Denim Dinky. SA couldn't order as only in stores so I ordered online. Shipping says from NYC store so I assume they had it!
