Sorry everyone's items are taking so long to arrive. I was surprised mine arrived so fast but it turns out the shipping store sent my Bedford through Nex Day Air instead of ground shipping. My SA placed my order for my Bedford on 12/22 after 6:00 PM CST. I receive shipping notification on 12/23. It arrived yesterday.

I think maybe i'm not meant to get this bag. I ordered it the 1st time through my SA on 21st when it was only 40% off. UPS shows it was being fulfilled by the 5th Avenue store. It shows a shipping label was created on 21st but has never been picked up. I got impatient and ordered online at 50% 14% e*bates just to have it end up on extended backorder. I'm afraid if I find a store with it in stock I will then end up with 3 and need to return 2 and be punished for it.
I’m going to my store to pick up a Bedford. Do you want me to ask my SA if they have one in the back? This is a truly beautiful bag

I never even knew that was possible. I don't get why they aren't sending it to a store to fulfill in the 1st place though. The bag is still showing in stock online.
No I meant if you find a store that has it, call them, give them your order number and from there they can fulfill it.

I don't get why the backorder if it's in stock unless all are in Canada?

That’s what happened with my order. She shipped it overnight so when it finally was picked up yesterday I got it today [emoji16] It was nice she was able to use overnight option!

Exactly! Plus, I have no qualms returning it to the store so I can get my $ back right away. No waiting for my box to reach and eventually be processed at Jax or wherever things go. This is well within Coach's return policy. It also saves them shipping $.
I do tend to return to a store where I don't normally shop. That store is also bigger and carries more things than my local one. My items are always fully wrapped or the same way I received them. Imo it should be no harm, no foul with Coach. We'll see.
That's a lot of money C4Coach saved so don't blame anyone for returning. We shouldn't feel guilty or made to by whatever store we go to return. I know my two locals stores don't like seeing me but it is Coach corporate not them personally. But they ding the store for the return but that isn't the customer's issue. The last time I was in a store, they basically ignored me and I was their only customer. They were talking amongst themselves. I thought it was extremely rude and no wonder why I don't shop with them!

I ordered items on 12/22 and they are just being shipped today. I think the Sat and then holiday for UPS pickups delayed items.

The last of my items purchased online arrived today, all separately, all coming from stores. The smallest item, a floral wristlet, was immaculately packed and package and that when I will be keeping for a future gift. The Bedford hobo in gray was literally thrown in its dust bag in a box with no stuffing or anything. It was in decent condition, although not perfect given the way they cared for it. The third item was a scarf that I was able to pick up at my local store yesterday for a cheaper price. The hobo and scarf will be going back tomorrow via UPS. Anything else I will be picking up will be at a local store...that is till they show up on the next FOS, lol...

So if it takes two weeks to get your item and you have 30 days to return does it have to be in JAX by the 30 day mark or just shipped? You're not getting the 30 days if it takes 2 weeks to get to you.
I would be careful and not linger over your decision to keep a bag with this situation. I believe if you order thru a store say on 12/22, the 30 days starts then and not when you receive it even though it had to come from JAX or somewhere else. If you are on the fence on an item, call CS and confirm what you need to do to return and by when. They may make an exception but they may not. And I'd ask for an ambassador. I've gotten different or unclear answers and when speaking with the ambassador, got better direction with more detail.
