Ugh, I don't understand Coach. Boutique tells me there are over 100 in stock but my online order is on backorder. Here is the response from online CS.

Due to the overwhelming response to this collection, your order is on an extended back order.We apologize for any disappointment this has caused. Please let us know if you would like to wait for the item or cancel the order.

So which is it? Over 100 or extended backorder?

Ground shipping really gets stretched!

I had a package ship 2 day air on Friday and it won't deliver until 12/26-27. I guess Saturday and Monday don't count...so the second day is supposed to be 12/26. We'll see. :P
My order supposedly shipped from store on 12/24 still hasn't moved. I know no pick up that day but surprised not yesterday. Hope it actually arrives on 1/2!

Mine all are to arrive today. They sat with no activity till yesterday (order placed 12/22). Doesn't matter though...I was able to get all items at local stores for less so they'll be going back. If I get banned, so be it. I'm not gonna spend more $$ than I have to. Even after returns, I'd have bought 6 bags & many accessories during this sale. If that's not a good enough customer for Coach. Oh well.

Mine that I ordered from our stores are out for delivery. I could not deal with parking. Lol

What I always find interesting is that when I buy an item I suddenly stop getting emails. At first I don't realize it until weeks pass and I realize I am not getting them about any of the sales, etc. This makes no sense. You buy an item, so wouldn't Coach want to encourage more purchases by sending emails? Apparently not. I got taken off emails earlier this year, started getting them again, and realized I haven't gotten any since one of my purchases a few weeks ago. Both times it was after I bought a bag online at the regular coach site.

When my dinky 24 was on backorder CS told me what stores had it in stock and to call and give them your order# and they can fulfill on the store level - maybe your boutique can do the same? Of course all the dinky 24 left at that time were in Canada so my order ended up getting cancelled...

I agree. I did a rebuy because it was cheaper. So I will be getting $125 back. I dont care what they say. Its MY money.

I think if you return too much you get a "ding." I know the earlier F&F sale my SA's manager was reviewing accounts of the SA's top clients and noticed I had a "refunder" note under my account and he wouldn't let my SA extend the discount to me. Fortunately her district manager came in and said she could sell me as much and I could return as much as I wanted so I'm "in the clear" but that definitely made me aware of it. Funny thing is I never returned to the store, always ordered via the store and returned to JAX.

I could see if all someone did was buy and return and barely kept anything. But if you buy many items, they’ll be times you return but you’re obviously keeping way more than your returning. I don’t get it lol

Exactly that shouldn’t “count against you” so to speak. I signed up for FOS with a different email address and made a purchase during the last sale and now I can’t access this sale [emoji23] They gotta be going by mailing and billing address because I had access to FOS for yearrrrrrssssssss bought all the time. And then as soon as I start buying from full price BOOM they took away my access to FOS. It’s probably best I don’t have access to FOS, I spend less! Jokes on them lol

Exactly! Plus, I have no qualms returning it to the store so I can get my $ back right away. No waiting for my box to reach and eventually be processed at Jax or wherever things go. This is well within Coach's return policy. It also saves them shipping $.
I do tend to return to a store where I don't normally shop. That store is also bigger and carries more things than my local one. My items are always fully wrapped or the same way I received them. Imo it should be no harm, no foul with Coach. We'll see.
