How do people in the US handle this....UPS delivers on Saturday in my city which is great but it also is a pain because then I have to sit home and wait for them and often they are late in the day. Saturday is my one day I go out to run errands. It usually is a different driver so they are unfamiliar with the 4 unit house and where to leave items. This location has no porch so they leave it out in the elements even if they do leave it on my steps or in the little nook where mailboxes are. It is still open to the elements. I don't want it left out like that all day. UPS MyChoice seems to only be the shipper's and UPS' choice. I can't change it they tell me....I can't have them deliver to the UPS Store down the street where I can safely pick it up another time, I can't delay delivery until Monday, etc. I think UPS told me I could have the package returned to Coach as my only option of re-routing.

UPS says the shipper doesn't allow will-call at say the UPS Store. I called Coach CS and spoke with an ambassador who was very helpful. So looks like if I call Coach, only they can change the delivery info. We changed it to next available delivery day which won't be until 1/2 which I am fine with. I am not that impatient and don't want to have to re-arrange my entire Saturday for a handbag delivery.

Does anyone else have these issues and how to you resolve them? I don't find UPS MyChoice to be my choice at all!

I’ve definitely been able to have UPS hold my Coach items at their stores using My Choice. Have you tried using this option before? I usually choose it as soon as I see movement with the package. I’m not sure if you can do it the day of delivery. Sounds weird that it won’t let you!
 
It was Denim Dinky. SA couldn't order as only in stores so I ordered online. Shipping says from NYC store so I assume they had it!

That doesn’t make sense. The SAs can go into their system and see what stores have inventory. They’ve done this for me at fp and outlet locations. They did it for me earlier this year and it had to be done as a charge send.

The part of my order from a NY store just shipped and eta is next Thursday! I've never waited so long either. I also have a Dyson coming and transit time is longer tham usual. I might just be spoiled living so close to JAX.

They can but apparently the store manager can say no. When I was looking for the kisslock 38 satchel there were only two left in the country and both in stores. One of the store manager refused to take an order from my SA. My SA and I were both furious [emoji34]. There was no reason she couldn't accept a full price sale for her store. But the store was in a casino area and my SA thinks it was a magnet to bring customers in so she held it for display as long as she could.

I ordered the saddle only because I’m not a fan of goat heads. I didn’t unpack the bag but I think a zip card case, a key and a phone could have fit in. Maybe a flat pair of sunglasses. But anything more may have caused it to bulge.
It's good to hear your perspective on size. I almost ordered a saddle one myself. It looks really good on the picture. I'm glad I didn't.

Well that's what I was told...and I remember from past experiences too. Maybe they are still learning the newer system. SA I used was ASM and always helpful.

I hold stuff all the time at my local UPS store because it's across the street from my grocery store. They will hold at any retail UPS, it doesn't need to be the distribution center in Middleburg Heights (I think I'm remembering correctly that we live somewhat in the same area). I just go into MyChoice the day I receive tracking info and change the delivery options. Its a free service.

At a UPS store and no I’ve never paid extra for it. I think the only time I’ve been prompted there would be a fee is if I was trying to change the delivery address to another home address or even my work. I didn’t end up doing it and instead just had it held at a UPS store because it was free. When I’ve had it held it usually adds an extra delivery day.
 
I’m so mad. I paid a full price for a dreamer in November and now it’s 50% off. I requested a price adjustment and they said they can’t do it. It doesn’t make any sense because I can just buy another bag and return it with the original receipt. Do you guys think it’s unethical? I’m just so frustrated with a price game that Coach plays and despite I love the product I hate the fact that Coach doesn’t care about loyal customers
I feel your pain.. I bought the Floral Melon Rogue at Full price then about 11/2 to 2 months later last SAS comes along. Melon Floral Rogue is half off.. I was not happy...hadn't even carried the bag.. Coach can be so frustrating...

Hopefully it's just a case of tracking not updating....but typically it at least registers a pickup. I've only got label created :-(
