With the attitude of some of the stores I've considered shipping a store purchase back to JAX. I have return supplies from other online purchases...has anyone done this?
I have...sort of...it was a charge send that my SA faxed to another store. That store mailed my bag and included the regular register receipt. I didn't like the bag so I photo copied the receipt and used a return label from a different online purchase and sent to JAX. It took longer than a regular return, but I was credited.

CS is able to log into the store side of things and pull receipts.

I did return a purchase to JAX that I lost the receipt from my online order and they were fine with a copy of my email order confirmation.

Thanks for posting this! I am currently in this situation right now. I want to return my Clarkson Hobo that I ordered over the phone from a store but I only have the printed register receipt. I made a copy and plan on keeping the original as I didn’t receive an email copy of the purchase so the original receipt is the only record I have of the purchase. I was wondering how they’d be able to credit my credit card (even though it’s the same card saved under my online account). Good to know they can look up the transaction to refund the order! Luckily my bag did come with a JAX return label. I feel a bit better now! Thanks [emoji2]
 
OK....I swear I read a post this morning about $25 off $250 online today and then if you use a cash back site, it is a decent deal. Now I can't find the post and when I look at the Coach site, it doesn't say anything. Maybe this was a personal invite via email I didn't receive?

Yes, I wasn't sure if it would work but figured I'd chance it. This was in May.
I called CS the other day inquriinq about the PA on the 40/20 that went 50 and CS was able to see all my in-store purchases and said if she found lower prices she would credit the card I used. Of course the 20% was over so no PA, but I got some valuable info lol.

Nice! I did online chat with CS and they said that if I sent it in they would be able to process the refund from the store receipt. But then she told me that she couldn’t email me a copy of the receipt from my in store purchase... So I don’t know! I guess they can find them but send you a copy lol

So they did confirm they would process return from store purchase at JAX?

Ha that's funny. The CS rep used the words "print off the receipts." Maybe it's not in proper receipt form to share via email like the typical email receipt they send.

Yes she said that they could. She said all the info they need to process is on the printed store receipt. I was just nervous to send it in as the receipt is the only record I have of the purchase but as long as I have a copy I think I’ll be fine. I also have email correspondence with my SA about the purchase if anything goes wrong and I’ll get a drop off receipt from UPS.

Yes you'll be fine. I once returned something and forgot to put the return form with my order information and contact info in the box. Just sealed the box with the items. Luckily the ups label had the order number and they refunded me no issue. I didn't even realize I forgot to include the form until days later.

...I purchased a bag charm on line and it was shipped from a retail store..I received it yesterday and decided I didn’t care for it at all..It came with a return shipping label. Since I knew I would be driving by a retail store today I brought it with me to return. As soon as I told them I had a return all the questions started “what’s the problem, look around for something else, etc” blah, blah. Just want to return, that’s all. They said they would be happy to ship it back and I told them I received a shipping label and that I wanted to return in the store, the receipt states that I can return in store, correct? She took it back and credited my account but she was not happy about it...too bad!

That's totally unacceptable, u can return in store, Why would they said they would be happy to ship it back. Not sure how it works but maybe they didn't want the return to hit their store. Sorry that happen to u!
