I’m also in the U.S. and just received a mini necklace travel pouch yesterday after contacting their online CS, per the recommendation of another poster unthread. The person wrote VCA who responded to my email did tell me they had a “limited supply”, but she was more than happy to send me one. She even updated me with the FedEx delivery information! I really hope they aren’t phasing these out. Given the prices we pay, it’s a small gesture, one that other brands are more than happy to continue doing; however, I do worry they’ll all follow if one starts, since that’s how this usually goes. Yes, yes, similar ones can be purchased on Amazon, for example, but I like the branded ones. And if all my travel pouches are the same, that makes finding my jewelry for the day more difficult. (First world problems, I know!)
I went ahead and emailed them as well and they are sending me one but acknowledged that they only have a few left and are being phased out. I would suggest that if you still want one, I would email them sooner rather than later since they will not produce more. I find this to be a shame that they can’t be included with each purchase with the hard case. These fit easier into a purse for travel.
I picked up my MOP 5-motif bracelet after getting it resized on 7/19. The lovely SA asked what packaging I needed. I told her after initially choosing the bracelet and getting sized, I left it there for repair so I had left empty-handed. She gave me the option between the bracelet hard case or travel pouch, and watch box, but ended up giving me both!

You must've gotten lucky and/or your SA is being super nice and generous. Usually they'd give you one or the other without asking what the client prefer, most likely just the travel pouch as they made it sound like the hard boxes are gone with the dinosaurs

Just so cheap and unnecessary… why make us jump over hoops to get this stuff?
The sustainability angle is such a crock of bull. I’m sorry but I’m not buying a billion VCA items and who is actually throwing their VCA packaging away!!! A lot of us keep them! I have no intention of selling my items but I keep all of mine!
Ironic enough, if your packaging is designed with quality and intention, it gets REUSED rather than thrown away. People are more inclined to throw away cheap insignificant packaging!
I second this! I keep all my pieces and their boxes. I find just giving out travel pouches rather than boxes is such a buzz kill, even after leaving the store knowing what I’ve purchased the feeling of opening that special box when I get home is amazing.
I’m going tomorrow to pick up my 5 motif bracelet I really hope I’m not handed one of these travel pouches!! *sigh*
*update* I got my bracelet today and did receive a box and travel pouch thank goodness!!!
