I haven't read this thread in months. I just wanted to say, I just purchased 2 bracelets and got boxes for both. Are they back to boxes?

I believe it varies by the boutiques. Most e-boutique purchases seem to be still including the jewelry boxes but in the eco-friendly box, no travel pouch or you'll have to request it. I bought a bracelet from the NY boutique recently also got the jewelry box but no travel pouch. A couple of friends purchased from the new boutique in KOP and only got the white macaron box and travel pouch, no jewelry box.I haven't read this thread in months. I got boxes in KOP. Maybe because they were SO's .
I also got pouches.
It may be down to the SA I guess.
Oh yeah, for SO's I'd hope that they include the box!
Not sure under what circumstances they'd include the boxes or when they don't, also could be if the pieces are transferred from other boutiques and came with the box, or maybe my friends just happened to piss off the SA's there so they didn't get a box 
I know, you would expect it, but nothing surprises me anymore! I think luxury brands should have one standard and apply that to every sale. I know Cartier does, you get the same experience if you buy a small love ring or a pave love bracelet.Oh yeah, for SO's I'd hope that they include the box!
I am happy, I am content with my VCA pieces and don't have much on my wishlist.
just wanted to mention when I dropped off my two watches for repair at Cartier at different times tho.. I got a regular pouch for stainless steel watch and a way fancier travel box that opened from the top for the gold watch. I was like wow, the travel box for the gold is so much better.
Got a bracelet today from south coast plaza in SoCal but no pouch. I only got a box. I wish she had given me one. even my sweet bracelet from a few years ago had a travel pouch.
For the Canadians here (since it may differ according to location), I just purchased my first VCA piece and it’s arriving in a couple of weeks for me to pick up. In terms of packaging, I guess it’s a white box and a travel pouch? Or the box and perhaps no pouch?
With Cartier, I typically get this red box with the red jewelry box inside, a travel pouch and a cleaning kit. I’m just wondering if we get something similar with VCA too.

i didnt get any pouches despite asking for them during the purchase. i was advised to keep checking back on availability for pouches via queueing outside the store. they said they were unable to call me to inform me if pouches are in stock or put me on a waiting list. the service is ridiculous considering how much the items are!
Just received my earrings back from replacing the posts and tension adjustment. Looks like there's a bit of a shortage of pouches so I was given a new traditional classic earring box instead.
I would call the main customer service number and ask for one. I order online since I’m not near a boutique, and when one isn’t included I call and get one. Same with Cartier. And if they’re out of stock they put me on a list, and send it to me when it comes available.
