Do you mind me asking whether you receive travel pouch for your purchase? I'm also in Singapore and I didn't get any travel pouches for my purchases made in 2022 (May and Oct). My SA told me they were out of stock.

No, I didnt. Same as you, my SA said out of stock but she said she owes me one and will inform me once they receive stocks. It is not the first time it happened though. But I always receive the corresponding travel pouches once stock arrives.
 
My first VCA necklace was the 10 Motif Guilloché in 2019, purchased via phone with my SA.

It was not my first VCA purchase, so I knew what to generally expect as far as packaging. But it was my first 10 Motif - I was blown away by the presentation. :love:
The signature green suede case made it feel incredibly grand (along with its outer white box, wrapping paper, ribbon, and of course the massive grey suede box!)
I’ll never forget that feeling…I took some time to soak it all in before taking the necklace out of the green case. It was a magical moment for me because of the overall packaging, but mostly the green case.

But I don’t use the case and keep the necklace stored in its pouch.

I am all for more sustainable packaging yet I know I wouldn’t have felt the same grand & magical feeling if I opened up the 10 Motif to a green pouch :shocked:. That would be much more underwhelming, but not as underwhelming as LV tossing their orders in oversized boxes :lol:.
 
The item I wanted was not available in store so I did an online order. When VCA called to verify the order I was told they are in the process of manufacturing the new packaging and that the velvet packaging is determined by the item you order since there are limited supply of the velvet box we cannot request it to be packaged in that. Agent as mentioned that travel pouch are not automatically included anymore to avoid having people return items and keeping the travel pouch. Process is when you receive the online order if you are going to keep it contact them to request the travel pouch, they will send out if they have supply if not keep checking in by calling them. Did not expect this much cut back and hassle from a luxury brand.

Unreal...the fact they're essentially making the velvet box sounds like some ultimate prize, and then making their clients to queue up for a travel pouch :facepalm:
