Once I start thinking about getting rid of something, it's time to go. I love my bags but once I question their continued longevity in my closet, it's time to recycle them. I think if you love the 24/24 that much, get rid of the others (my guess is that you'll either 1) not use them; 2) have to force yourself to use them, and 3) use them seldom, if at all.) Let them continue to work for you by selling them, and helping you to finance what you really love. That's just my two cents!

You're right I think my biggest struggle is letting. my Loewe get away, so maybe I'll keep that and sell my others and maybe my Goyard St. Louis tote! Thank you!

I have a dilemma and am hoping for help. I went into Hermes today (mistake #1), and fell in love with the 24/24 (mistake #2). My choices narrowed down are with the jaune ambre w gold hardware or bambou with gold hardware. I am ridiculously careful with my bags--to the extent of not carrying them-- but this is something I plan to wear everyday. I'm concerned the yellow may soil quickly and the handles will darken.

Thoughts on color? Recommendations? Two cents?

Attached are photos of the touch version (which is NOT under consideration but the only photo I could find showing the color) and the bambou with silver. The bags I'm considering both have ghw.

This is definitely a challenging decision. Did your heart leap at one vs the other initially? Do you tend to go for neutrals or pops of color?
Ultimately I feel like the yellow could be considered neutral adjacent while the green is a pop of color and a real statement. IMHO, the Bambou is the way to go as it has the rich quality of H, the elegance of the GHW, and the vibrancy, depth [and fun] aspect of the green.

My vote goes to yellow!! It can lean neutral or be bright/neutral depending how you style it. And I love the look of a twirly on the handle of a 2424, so that may help with your handle fears. Yellow and ghw is such a beautiful combo.

I'm leaning towards the Jaune Ambre I'm in love with mustard/yellow shades right now and is probably more versatile for everyday wear but I'm feeling your pain as the Bamboo is a real pop of colour especially coming into Spring and Summer - Good luck!!:biggrin:

My SA offered me this 24/24 29 multicolour bag (brique/ rouge H/ rose azalee/ piment) in GHW and it was love at first sight!

The strap it came with is definitely too short for a crossbody. Am planning to get a 105 cm strap too but still undecided on the colour of the strap. Should it be rouge H to match the current strap colour or can the rose azalee colour work as the main colour for the strap too?

I was actually looking forward to the mini 24/24 but after getting 29 I might be a convert as the size it just right and spacious enough without looking bulky!

Went to Hermès appt here in Southern California and my SA said they do not have any herbag, garden party, or 24/24. Looks like there’s also shortage with bags?! Anyone else having similar store experience?

Bambou if u are paranoid of it getting soiled. H bags are meant to be used and treasured at the same time, they are too pricey to be sitting pretty on a shelf collecting dust. If u really want a workhorse color, black/ gold/ eutope GHW is the perfect combo. Good luck deciding.
