I was toying with the idea of hinting for one of these, but they need to fix this issue first

Shame on Cartier. Something you really don't expect from them. Disappointing, but I hope they get it resolved soon. :smile1:

I had been thinking about getting a full bracelet to go with my cuff (how I wish I hadn't sold my old full bracelet years and years ago) but reading these reports is very scary. I really hope that Cartier fixes this issue - and they should be issuing refunds voluntarily! How disappointing, I hope this is resolved for everyone here.

I recently had my screws replaced as I'd lost them, Cartier didn't have them in stock and the impression I got from the sa was that they had to custom make mine from the mold. It took several weeks and cost £210, which I thought was pretty pricey. Not sure if I'd been overcharged and upsold on the "custom" screws as someone else on tpf mentioned that it was $90 for the screw in US. I mean, they are just screws right?? Don't quite understand the "custom" part...

Per Cartier this is NOT a problem and they will not be changing, fixing or even looking into
it. So do not expect any changes soon.
Mine is off. My dh took it off of me the night I picked it up. I am scared to wair it to be honest.

It seems there still not a few people consider purchasing a Love. I don't mean to obstruct Cartier's business, but I wonder if they are aware of the new screw system problem. It's definitely too major issue for a pricey every-day-wear jewerly piece.

UGHH....so I received my Love bracelet back from NYC on Monday. Within 24 hours of wearing it, it flew off my wrist again because the screws loosened. They clearly did not fix the problem so I'll be returning it for repair again. This is seriously so frustrating for the amount of money spent on the bracelet not to mention the numerous times I've gone back and forth to Cartier - I should bill them for my mileage costs!

I am so extremely sorry to hear about all the people having trouble with the new screw system. When the new ones just came out, i was very disappointed that I had the old style. now i'm relieved. I think Cartier should figure out the correct way to fix the problem. Then I think they should give everyone a charity type bracelet on a cord for their troubles!

I totally agree! Great idea...not sure if my SA will go for it though :p

I think they should do a recall. Knock on wood my bracelets haven't loosened up or fallen off but last time I wore them I kept looking down to see if they were still on my wrist. If I lost one I would be devistated.
