yes- it's taken me some time with these old longer ones. I really like the tie I used above which starts in back, wraps to front, then back again, and finally finishes off with a weave knot in the front. You can start in front, wrap to back and wrap around to the front and do the weave knot, but the tails will be a lot longer. you might try that with the ZP to use up some material and shorten the tails. My other one is ZP. I need to play around with it some more too and post a pic.

I think this may be the longer variation that starts with the center of the MT in front and just wraps once but i could be wrong and it may be the same!

Love the three knots you showed! I gotta try this out and give my Maxi Twilly more love! Would you mind describing how you did the last knot? Thanks!
Oh! As for a summer suggestion, I saw a picture where the MT is tied around the waist like a belt and it look really chic!

Thank you MissIn! I think on the third one (I'm trying to remember now- it's an archive pic from a few months ago) I just looped it a couple of times around my neck and tucked the ends in to the jacket. The jacket has a scooped neckline so any sort of v-necked or scoop-necked vest ought to work similarly. I'll try again tomorrow to duplicate it and make sure that works right and I'm not talking out my rear! :lol:

Here it is again MiisIn. It's wrapped starting with the center in front, behind the neck then tucking the ended down the front of your vest/jacket. I used Zp since the center of it (the green part) is so obvious to see.

I stored the idea over in the Ref Lib scarf thread, because I hate searching for this stuff and like to be able to just go right where I need to look for ideas:

MT siblings with you on the ZP and the Brazil. In fact the only other one I have is the CDC that has a lovely (related) reverse (also the longer length). I have yet to buy and of the MT Cut but I am interested.

Yeah- they went off and on my radar. I was waiting for the cuts and missed one I really liked just because it was longer and I wanted to try the shorter ones, then missed again last year because I had too much other stuff going on. Maybe this time!

Thanks for going through all the trouble @bunnycat ! You have some beautiful MTs. I have yet to bust mine out since coming down with a cold last week...but this will be fun after I'm back to normal!

It's no trouble MissIn! It's good to have pictures stored somewhere where there is easy access for later. Otherwise, it's too easy to forget!

Feel better! I can't wait to see what you come up with!

I'm looking at the En Desordre and the Festival from this season's MTs, and since I'll be going to a boutque tomorrow, I'm hoping to try one on and make sure it is the right one. I tried on last season's Clic Clac one at the Hermesmatic, though not in the colorway I wanted and it did look really nice on. Maybe I'll get lucky on one of those tomorrow!
