You are very welcome. I wasn't in the right mind set to buy any Maxi Twillys because I was so ready to start wearing CSGMs. In fact I went to pick up my new Zenobie! After I came home I kept thnking about the cute polka dots! Too bad the pink CW doesn't really suit my complexion. It is very cute. I think I will pick up the blue astologogy pois next time.

Bumping this. Has anybody seen the new MT, different prints on two sides with a shorter length? Is the price the same as the old MT? Haven't got a chance to pop to the store...
Dear xiangxiang, have to admit that I am a fan of the old Maxi Twilly format. I am tall and the length suits me. So, naturally, I was disappointed at first when trying the shorter form now. However: When I stopped comparing the old with new format, I really, really liked the "Cut". For me, it feels casual and easy to wear - more like a 70x70 than a Maxi Twilly (which is somehow more dramatic... ;)). And it will definitely be fun playing with the two different sides!!

This is gorgeous Sammy! I like the length on you a lot! And the CW is gorgeous! My store only received a very small number of pieces and not in the CWs I would be interested. Waiting patiently...
I liked the old length when I loop it around my neck a few times. When it's fully open, it's way too long for my petite frame. Looking forward to seeing this IRL.

Hi to all Hermes scarf lovers on TPF,
I am a new member and would like to introduce myself.
Two years ago the company I used to work for closed its doors and left me in search of a new job. The company added an extra to the last paycheck of all employees. For the first time in my entire working life, I decided to buy something outrageously luxurious with the extra money, something that I would never ever have considered buying before. Then one day when I was in a department store in Amsterdam, I saw some scarves on display at the Hermes store. The extraordinary patterns, the breathtaking colors, the quality of the silk, the stories behind each scarf. OMG!!! I could not believe my eyes that such beauty existed. Having no experience with wearing carrés at all, I decided to buy a Maxi Twilly. From that moment on, I was in love with the Hermes silk. I now have a very modest collection of two Maxi Twillys and eight carrés. I have been reading all the posts on TPF and learning a lot from you scarfies. Thank you so much for sharing your pictures, your knots, your knowledge of different scarves. It has been truly inspiring. Thanks again.
