I am a remote shopper so I can’t just go in. I’m kind of worried
My SA was always really fast to respond to my text messages. Usually within 10-15 minutes, definitely within a couple of hours. Then one day I didn’t hear from her all day, then for 3 days over a holiday weekend. I just figured she went away for the weekend. The following week I found out she was let go. So… maybe call the store and ask if she’s away etc. No reason to be stressed or worried about it. :flowers:

I haven’t heard from my SA in two weeks, after texting TWICE. Should I be worried ? Is my SA “ghosting” me
ONLY texted twice in two weeks? That doesn't seem that urgent to me. :coolio:

As others have mentioned, maybe try being more intentional/direct with the content if your texts (assuming you haven't already done so), or try calling your SA.

If that fails, maybe take it back to basics with "Hey [SA's name], can you please give me a call at your earliest convenience? I have a very quick but urgent question that wont take up too much of your time. Thanks!" In a crunch, that has always worked for me, and most of the time my SA would call or text me and apologize that they have been busy or either off work for a few days...but they give me their undivided attention when they are on the phone with me.

Now that people are spending more post-covid money, and the '# of people allowed in the store at one time' limits are lifted, they can get sidetracked.

Hi, I’ve done a couple online orders through my SA. One was for an item which was kind of rare/hard to get. The other one later was for a twilly. She mentioned when I was ordering the twilly that she prefers i only buy inventory in store in the future. But something small like twilly is ok. There’s a scarf from a past season I am eyeing, but the store does not have the color way that I want. Would it be better to order it online through a different profile ? Or will she be annoyed if I order yet another thing online through her… maybe I’m over thinking this haha

Girl, at the end of the day you’re spending hundreds of dollars on a piece of silk. A beautiful piece of silk, but still  You deserve to be able to get it without the stress. Just text her and say you’re interested. Don’t worry about it.

i would mention the scarf to your sa next time you’re in! And see if she can either transfer it in or see if she just tells you to order it yourself bahahah

When I find something online I usually ask my SA if she prefer me order through her or should I just get it myself. She’ll usually order it for me but if she’s really busy and it’s smth really small she would tell me to just order it myself.

Has anyone encountered similar situations before?
So I just received my SO after two years and my last SA's departure (the one who offered me the SO).
I have a question regarding my spendings with my new SA: I have shopped with this new SA a few times and spent around 20k on RTW and jewelry, while submitting a wishlist for a b25. Would the arrival of my old SO order wipe out all of my pre-spend thus far with the new SA, or at least partially some pre-spend still count? I wouldn't have worried or posted about this if my old SA were still here, I would be perfectly fine with having my 20k prespend wiped out, but this SO didn't come from my new SA so that's why I am wondering...
Can I continue to remind my new SA of my QB wishlist or do I have to start over from zero again? Many thanks in advance!
IMO, in the US, the arrival of an SO doesn’t affect prespend, but in this country there is no official prespend requirement. But, the SO arrival would be counted as one of the average persons two QB limit. So, if your SO is your second one for the year, then that might delay your B25. At the end of the day, the prespend was with your new SA and your SO was not.

ETA: Despite enthusiastic SA advocacy, it‘s possible that the SM might prioritize clients of higher spend who had not received any QB whatsoever though.

Thanks 880 for the detailed response! It is my first QB of the year, and I do intend to continue purchasing with the new SA. Maybe I should bring up the wishlist towards second half of the year then? I also don't feel like the SM will grant another QB that soon in the year

I am unsure if this is the correct thread for this question. Please excuse me if not.

Do you think the colors of QBs (besides wishlist aspect) can be dictated by the color of other H items you buy? For example, if I happened to buy pink shoes, bracelets, RTW, etc … is there more likely of a chance that my SA/ SM would see that and think that a pink bag is a better option to offer over other colors.

It feels a little common sense-ish in that if I buy a color, I must like that color. My SA has told me let’s try for a mini Kelly as next QB and I am really hoping for pink, even though I chose a multitude of colors for my wishlist. I am wondering if buying pink items that I love will help with that.

Why don't you just update your wishlist to pink if you're hoping for pink?

I will say my SA knows that I’m a pink person and I made that clear from the start. My first offer of a c18 of the exact combo that was on my wl was pink but I also had other colors on my list.
