For me I’m interested in a Birkin 25 in a specific neutral and a Kelly 25 in less specific bright color so I was just trying to decide if I should bring both up to add to my wishlist or spread out the requests and do them one by one? I’m not in a huge rush or anything, I just dont want to overwhelm my SA with multiple wishlist items?
I’d communicate both, in person. That way she’ll at least remember that “oh hey, nostalgists said something about a K25…don’t remember which exact color but maybe she’ll be interested in this K25 that just arrived” Good luck! :)

Hi guys !
anyone complaint to store or manager before?
Recently, I found my store manager and my SA lied to me (they always do! but it was obviously clear one!)
so I feel really bad.

Most of people care about "H relationship" so it is hard to ask them to say "I feel bad"
but this time I think I really need to speak up.

is anyone can share your experience about it?

What was the lie? Who are you going to complain to? What do you hope the resolution will be?

My sales offered me a bag in Feb, with exact color and hardware.
and my sales said it will be arrived soon.

and I am still waiting the bag. I spent more than 3:1 and I never experienced this much before.
I am long term client with this store. so I asked manager yesterday when the bag will arrived.

Manager said, they never had plan to receive that bag in this year so my sales gave me wrong impression.

then what was the color and all the hardware?

What was the SA’s response when you asked them what happened to the bag offered? Out of curiosity, if you want to share, what bag is it?

My SA told me the bag is not arrived yet repeatly.
If there was not shipment or even not planned even produce, I believe they should explain to me the bag will be not there.
they bait with bag, deceived me and keeps me spend.
The Bag is even not a quota one, it's Kelly danse and I spent $30,000 for that.
and recently, I purchase $4000 for scarfs, so means I total spent $34,000 for Kelly danse.
and the color and leater was opened "ANYTHING"

Do you live in a place where the spend gets reset once you get the bag (and is that what the SA/SM have suggested is the case)? Also, do you have like concrete promises of them saying that you will get a Danse if you buy XYZ amount? I am not sure that’s how they will say it works (even if it is in some parts of the world), so I feel like it will be hard to prove you spent 34k specifically for that bag you aren’t getting.

I know someone tried to complain about a 40k spend with no bag some time earlier this year - there were posts about it on this forum - and I don’t know how that got resolved but last I heard it was not in favor of the person who complained…I personally know someone who did similar things for a 60k spend but it didn’t work out for her either and she switched store. Do you have other stores in your area? If might be a good idea to switch.

Hi everyone!

I was hoping to get an opinion from more seasoned H collectors on my situation. I've been working with my SA for just over a year, and it's been a really great experience so far. I've gotten a lot of non-bag items that I love, and I've been enjoying the journey - my SA is a genuinely sweet person, and he never pushes me to buy anything, I've just been getting what I like.

Last year, I gave my SA my wishlist which is admittedly very very specific and difficult to fulfill - I only want a mini Kelly in neutral or pastel pink/blue. Since I know my wishlist is so specific, I've never once brought up the topic of bags to my SA aside from the time I gave him my initial wishlist because I would never want to be pushy or demanding. I know I'm not entitled to a bag for whatever reason, I know that stock is very low, and I obviously don't want to give him any additional pressure because I'm well aware of how demanding his job is. But on my past few visits, my SA himself has brought up the topic of my wishlist and asked whether I'd be open to adding any other colours or considering a K25 or B25. Each time we've discussed it, I've stuck to my initial wishlist.

I guess my question is whether being so rigid with my wishlist would hurt my relationship with my SA? On one hand, I know what I want and that's the mini Kelly, but on the other hand, I don't want my SA to get frustrated with me for being so picky.

I’m not a super tenured H client so I’m sure others can provide more wisdom but this is my two cents: I think it’s fine if that’s the only bag you want because H bags are expensive and you shouldn’t settle for something you don’t love. Sticking with a rigid wishlist is okay but it will just take a longer time especially with a mini Kelly. If you widen your choices it just increases your chances of getting another offer but it’s totally fine to wait if that’s what you want. I think if you’re understanding with your SA not being able to get you one for a while, are still buying non quota items you enjoy, and you make it clear that you’re fine waiting for the exact bag you want then there’s no reason for your SA to be frustrated with you. The only thing I would advise against would be checking in too often about it but it sounds like you are mindful of this. Good luck!

I was also very specific, and ultimately, I was just given a chance to place an SO, about 6 months into our relationship. So perhaps that may be the next step since you are so specific?

Thanks so much for your input! Yes, I definitely feel that it'll be a long wait, but I think it'll be worth it since it's my dream bag :) I appreciate the reassurance that my SA won't hate me for being so stubborn though lol

Mini K is just genuinely low in stock. I don't think your SA will be frustrated; if anything it is easier than their having to offer you multiple other bags that you will turn down. Unfortunately, it may be a long wait: first, they need to get the MK IN THE COLORS YOU WANT; then, you need to be top of list.
It actually sounds like your SA is trying to get you a bag, but what you want is just unfortunately rare. Again, won't hurt the relationship, but may be a long time coming.

In short, I don't think it would hurt your relationship. I think your SA is actually trying very hard to offer you a bag, knowing the mini Kelly is a real challenge and few are even ordered by most stores. He is widening your options for a bag which they have a higher chance of receiving. It's entirely up to you if you rather wait, it shows you are serious. Right now all I can say for sure is a neutral/ pastel pink/ blue mini K is going to be a long wait.
