I would suggest you either switch SA or tell your SA directly what you have posted here: my friends have received offers with my exact specs when you keep telling me there is nothing available.

May I ask if you and your friends spending patterns are comparable?
One friend.. we spend about the same. another, spend less than I do. And she bought the licol after seeing mine, then she got offered a a kelly (red, 32).

How would you switch SA?

How would you switch SA?
I recently switched mine (could be it was a similar situation to yours plus my SA was only in 2 days per week). I had already identified the SA I wanted to work with in future so I just came in on a day my other SA was off. Approached her directly, gave a sincere explanation and told her I would be pleased to work with her in future as she is one of the most knowledgeable SAs in my store. She kindly accepted and told me she would take care of the rest (speaking to SM and my previous SA). It was fairly smooth and easy and I only went in to see my previous SA once more to thank her for her service (wouldn’t have been necessary but wanted to politely show her respect and not simply leave without a word). Depending on your relationship with the store manager, you could also approach this SM and kindly ask to switch SAs. It is not as complicated as you might think - just be friendly and honest.
However, if you feel a conversation might clear up things, try that route first. I understand how frustrating this game can be and always felt my SA didn’t go the extra mile and instead, tried to milk me which I was not up for. Don’t let frustration or negative feelings overwhelm you and ruin the joy you get from your wonderful H goodies. Good luck!

That is exactly what I would do!

Hi ladies. Thanks for all the advices so far. I have a question and I am not sure if I’m overthinking it: I emailed my SA last Sunday to inquire about SS season shawls. I also wrote a follow up email on Wednesday asking if they have the Pegasus Ballerina shoes in store so I can come try them on. My SA has not replied to either one of the emails. I started working with her (first Hermes experience) since June and have spent roughly 8k since in various departments. I understand that I am not a big client but is 1 week without reply bad?
I have emailed her in the past without a prompt reply but I normally come to see her a day or two later so I didn’t think much of it. This time I am 8 months pregnant and need to bed rest so I am not as keen to drive 45 minutes to the boutique if the items I am interested in are not there.
My question is... should I send another email? Is my SA a bad SA or if this is normal? Thank you!!

In my experience, SAs tend to take a few days to reply emails. Factor in it's the holidays where they might be off or more hectic with crowds and covering for those who are off. I'd probably give her the benefit of the doubt and give her a few more days to respond.

Are you sure she is working this week? I know mine took a vacation and won't even be back until mid next week. It's the new year's!

Oh I didn’t even think of that. I guess I just assumed since it’s the shopping seasons most SAs wouldn’t be taking time off. Thank you! I’ll wait some more.

No worries! I believe most stores have 1/1 as a holiday so it's easier to take days off this first week given the Wednesday is already an holiday. Mine did so because in her own words she "really needs a break after the hectic Christmas shopping season". I totally understand your worry though! I'd say once you get the first offer it all gets easier, but before that (or after that tbh) it's very common to be full of nerves!

I personally would also get a little weary by the end of next week...I'd maybe try to schedule a visit and see her & gauge what's going on. Bestest of luck to you on both your H journey and your new baby!
